Tormod + Prava Peasant Aristocrats

2020.11.17 18:55 ButtermintTea Tormod + Prava Peasant Aristocrats

This is my first attempt at building an aristocrats type of deck. I wanted to also give myself an additional challenge of using only commons and uncommons cards (i.e. Peasant). With the new uncommon commander partners I thought I'd give it a shot!
List: https://www.archidekt.com/decks/928295#Tormod_+_Prava__Peasant_Aristocrats
The main goals are either:
Both of these loops are enhanced by "Whenever creature dies" cards like [[Blood Artist]], [[Hateful Eidolon]], etc. along with Tormod's own ability to generate (tapped) zombie tokens.
Compared to my other decks (with access to rares and mythics) the deck feels a little clunky, but it eventually gets to its combo alright. I think the main issues are:
Any feedback or suggestions are welcome!

2020.10.29 00:52 motivated_cutiepie GCASH

Hi everyone! I just want to share to you how I use my GCash. So, since starting my job right after college, I always wanted to buy a sturdy phone I could really use for my online correspondence (Outlook, Gmail, etc.), online banking and online money transfers. You know, all about the adulting stuff. Na post ko na to sa phinvest pero I'm sure na sa mga wala pang GCash jan, you'll be fascinated rin sa mga nagagawa ng technology ngayon.
First of all, if wala pa kayong GCash, you may use my referral link to register. Kung gusto nyo lang naman. Walang pilitan. Haha. Anyway, before I forget, always make sure to have a valid primary ID first for verification purposes: SSS UMID, Driver's License, Passport, Voter's ID.
When I bought my new phone, the first thing I installed was the GCash App followed by the BDO Mobile App (since we're using BDO as our paycheck account). I was fascinated by the features of GCash and I just wanted to share to those who still have got no GCash app installed on their phones. The features to be discussed below are purely based on my experience as a GCash User and the benefits I've earned from this.
  1. MOBILE PHONE LOAD. Pwede ka nang bumili ng load mo. May rebate kang 5% for every load transaction. You can basically use feature as business.
  2. ONLINE TRANSACTIONS. Pwede kang magbayad ng mga bayarin like PagIbig Funds, NBI Clearance, Utilities (water, electricity, internet), loans, insurance, tuition fees, and many more. (just take note na yung ibang mga payment options ay may service fee, pero san ka pa, diba? Talk about less hassle papuntang mga physical payment centers)
Imagine, no maintaining balance, no account dormancy fee, account closure fee.
As of now, 536 na yung GScore ko at may credit limit akong 2000Php. Basically works as a credit card. Pero just like credit cards, ugaliing maging responsible user at gamitin lamang ang GCredit sa mga kelangan mo at kaya mong bayaran. Sobrang useful nya in times of need.
Kitams?? Makakasave ka ng 95Php. Ganon yun.
  6. GCASH INVEST- ganda rin neto kasi pwede mong iinvest pera mo dito. Tinry ko to dito. On-going pa naman ako (Atram yung name ng investment vehicle), wala pa akong masabi. Hehe.
Andito yung link for more info: GCash Insure
  9. PAY CASHLESS. No need to bring with you your money when you buy at stores na accredited partner ni GCash. Phone nyo lang dalhin nyo, sapat na. Basta just make sure na you have ample amount sa mobile wallet nyo.
At kung wala pa kayong GCash account, gumawa na kayo for a better hassle-free transaction.
Always stay safe at ugaliing uminom ng tubig! čśŐ

2020.10.09 23:43 maxmouze Space Mountain the next attraction to be turned into a movie.

Joby Harold will also produce with partner and wife Tory Tunnell and their Safehouse Pictures banner.

Disney is getting ready to ride Space Mountain onto the big screen.
The venerable ride is getting the movie treatment, with the studio hiring Joby Harold, who has worked a range of movies from Zack SnyderÔÇÖs upcoming Army of the Dead to WarnerÔÇÖs King Arthur: Legend of the Sword, to write the script for what is to be a live-action adaptation.
Harold will also produce with partner and wife Tory Tunnell and their Safehouse Pictures banner. Also producing is Rideback, the shingle run by Dan Lin and Jonathan Eirich and was behind DisneyÔÇÖs billion dollar-grossing Aladdin.
Space Mountain is an indoor roller coaster with a space-theme. The ride was first introduced in FloridaÔÇÖs Walt Disney World Resort in 1975, followed by installations in CaliforniaÔÇÖs Disneyland in 1977. It became a fixture in the Tomorrowland section as other parks opened up and is now in five of the six parks around the world. The ride has no overarching theme nor memorable ÔÇťscenesÔÇŁ or characters seen in such rides as Pirates of the Caribbean. In fact, Space Mountain in Disneyland has turned into Hyperspace Mountain and given a Star Wars make up on occasion. As such, the story is being created whole cloth with the ride acting as inspiration.
Logline details are being kept hidden amidst the rings of Saturn but it is described as a family adventure.
The project, which is in the early stages, is intended for theatrical release.
Harold is currently writing and executive producing the Obi-Wan Kenobi Star Wars series for Disney+ and earned an executive producer credit for John Wick: Chapter 3 ÔÇô Parabellum. He was also an exec producer on Underground, the historical drama co-created by Lovecraft CountryÔÇÖs Misha Green.
Tunnell also exec produced Underground and served in the same capacity on Safehouse's Spinning Out, NetflixÔÇÖs figure skating drama that starred Kaya Scodelario and January Jones.
Harold is repped by Kaplan/Perrone Entertainment and Goodman Genow.

2020.05.18 15:32 tanitimvideosu Y├╝ksektek U├žan 26 Animasyon Program─▒

Programlar─▒n resimlerini g├Ârmek i├žin ziyaret edin: https://tanitimvideosu.com/kendini-kanitlamis-26-animasyon-programi/

Sadece whiteboard animasyon program─▒ arayan tasar─▒mc─▒lar En Ba┼čar─▒l─▒ 10 Whiteboard Animasyon Program─▒ konumuza g├Âz atabilirler.

2D Animasyon Programlar─▒

Program i├žerisinde 50 farkl─▒ karakter bulunuyor ve karakterleri rahatl─▒kla kontrol edebiliyorsunuz. Y├╝r├╝tebiliyor, dans ettirebiliyor, ko┼čturabiliyor, konu┼čturabiliyorsunuz. Ayr─▒ca karakterlere 435 farkl─▒ efekti bir t─▒kla verebiliyorsunuz. ├ľrne─či uyuma efekti verildi─činde karakter uyku pozisyonuna ge├žiyor. Yine program i├žerisinde kullanabilece─činiz ve zaten kurgusu yap─▒lm─▒┼č 24 ayr─▒ proje bulunuyor. Projelerden baz─▒ ├Âgeleri ├ž─▒kartabiliyor ve eklemeler yapabiliyorsunuz. Karakterler ├╝zerinde kullan─▒labilecek 222 aksesuar programda mevcut (g├Âzl├╝k, ┼čapka, ayakkab─▒, k─▒yafet vb.). ├ťstelik bilgisayar─▒n─▒z─▒ da hi├ž zorlamaz. Program boyutu da olduk├ža k├╝├ž├╝k. Hem windows hem macOS i┼čletim sisteminde kullan─▒labilen bu animasyon program─▒ yakla┼č─▒k 50MB b├╝y├╝kl├╝─č├╝nde yer kapl─▒yor. Program─▒n en can al─▒c─▒ ├Âzelli─či ise Layer odakl─▒ olmas─▒. Yaz─▒l─▒mc─▒lar tamamen layer i┼člerine yo─čunla┼čm─▒┼č. ├ľrne─čin adobe photoshop'da katman katman ├žal─▒┼čarak g├Ârsel olu┼čturdunuz. G├Ârseli .psd format─▒nda kaydettikten sonra cartoon animator 4'e import ediyoruz (i├že aktar─▒yoruz). Her katmana ayr─▒ hareketler verebiliyoruz. Cartoon animator boyut/fiyat/performans ├╝├žl├╝s├╝ g├Âz ├Ân├╝ne al─▒n─▒rsa ilk s─▒rada yerini almal─▒d─▒r.

Toon Boom Harmony & Storyboard 7

Baz─▒ animasyon st├╝dyolar─▒ taraf─▒ndan kullan─▒lan TB Harmony program─▒ 2d animasyon program─▒ kategorisinde yer almaktad─▒r. Palet ve boyama ara├žlar─▒n─▒n ba┼čar─▒l─▒ oldu─čunu s├Âyleyebiliriz. Harmony'nin bir di─čer g├╝zel ├Âzelli─či ise kullanmak istedi─činiz 3d g├Ârselli import etti─činizde iki boyuta d├╝┼č├╝r├╝yor. Sanal ger├žeklik veya oyun ortamlar─▒yla ilgili ba┼čar─▒l─▒ sonu├žlar elde edilebiliyor. Storyboard 7 pro ise asl─▒nda Toon Boom'un kanayan yaras─▒d─▒r. Harmony'i bilenler "storyboarda ayr─▒ca gerek yok" diyerek y├╝z├╝ne bile bakm─▒yor. Biz hi├ž ├Âyle d├╝┼č├╝nm├╝yoruz. Esasen SB7 3d animasyon program─▒ kategorisine girebilir. ├ç├╝nk├╝ i├žerisine 3D ├Âgeler import edilebiliyor ve ├╝├ž boyutlu sahneler olu┼čturularak import edilen ├╝├ž boyutlu nesneler kullan─▒labiliyor. Ayr─▒ca muhte┼čem ikili olarak nitelendirdi─čimiz TBH & SB7 entegreli ├žal─▒┼čabiliyor. Harmony ile 2 boyutlu tasar─▒mlar yapt─▒ktan sonra SB7'ye aktararak tek dosya ├╝zerinde ├žal─▒┼čmalar─▒n─▒za devam edebiliyorsunuz. Birden fazla haz─▒r efektleri bulunuyor. ├ť├ž boyutlu dahili kamera ├Âzelli─či gayet ba┼čar─▒l─▒. Denemenizi tavsiye ederiz. Storyboard 7 pro 3d animasyon programlar─▒ kategorisinde yerini alabilirdi Harmony ile entegre ├žal─▒┼čabildi─či i├žin 2d animasyon programlar─▒ kategorisinde listelenmesini uygun g├Ârd├╝k.

Moho Debut ve Moho Debut Pro

Sistemler: Windows ve macOS
├ľnceki ad─▒ Anime Studio olan Moho Debut son g├╝ncellemesi ile olduk├ža tasar─▒mc─▒n─▒n g├Ânl├╝n├╝ kazand─▒. Moho g├╝ncellemesiyle 2d animasyon karakterleri kendisine temel alm─▒┼č. Maskot ve karakterleri kolayl─▒kla hareket ettirebiliyor ve senaryolara uygun animasyonlar olu┼čturabiliyorsunuz. Program─▒n as─▒l dayana─č─▒ ise kare kare foto─čraflar─▒n u├ž uca eklenerek animasyona d├Ân├╝┼čmesi.

Program i├žerisinde y├╝zlerce ses efektleri bulunuyor.

Moovly

Sistemler: Windows, macOS, Android ve iOS
Moovly i┼čleri biraz daha basitle┼čtirmi┼č ve program i├žerisine kategori kategori yerler eklemi┼č. Be─čendi─činiz template varsa d├╝zenleyebiliyor ve render alabiliyorsunuz. Babalar g├╝n├╝, anneler g├╝n├╝, twitter, facebook, instagram, kartvizit, yeni bebek, cv, emlak, gayrimenkul, in┼čaat, onboarding, infographic, broadcast, logo stings, product promo gibi daha bir ├žok kategori bulunuyor. ─░┼člerinizi h─▒zl─▒ bitirmek isterseniz, kalite ikinci planda diye d├╝┼č├╝n├╝rseniz moovly ihtiya├žlar─▒n─▒z─▒ tam anlam─▒yla kar┼č─▒lar.

Stykz

Sistemler: Windows ve macOS
├ťcretsiz 2d animasyon program─▒ stykz ile her ┼čeyi yapamayaca─č─▒n─▒z─▒ bilmeniz laz─▒m. ├ç├Âp adam dedi─čimiz basit animasyonlar olu┼čturabilirsiniz. ├çubuk fig├╝rler olu┼čturabilir ve bunlara hareket verebilirsiniz. ├ľnceden Pivot StickFigure Animator kullananlar stykz kullan─▒rken hi├ž yabanc─▒l─▒k ├žekmeyecekler. Yeni ba┼člayanlar i├žin g├╝zel kullan─▒m olabilir. Stykz ├╝zerinde tecr├╝be kazanmak ileriki d├Ânemlerde b├╝y├╝k kolayl─▒k sa─člayacakt─▒r. Baz─▒ animasyon programlar─▒ profesyonellikten daha ├žok klasik ├Âzelliklere ├Ânem verirler. Stykz'da bunlardan biridir.

Pencil 2D

├çizgi film yapmak i├žin yeterli bir animasyon program─▒ olmayabilir ancak basit videolar yapmak i├žin ila├ž olabilir. Bazen ihtiyac─▒n─▒z olan video ├žok basit olabilir. B├Âyle basit animasyon video ihtiya├žlar─▒ i├žin 5GB b├╝y├╝kl├╝─č├╝nde 3d animasyon program─▒ kurman─▒z mant─▒ks─▒z olacakt─▒r. ├ľrne─čin arkada┼člar aras─▒nda ┼čaka videosu yapacaksan─▒z, ├Âdeviniz varsa, sosyal medyada bir ┼čey duyurmak istiyorsan─▒z ve profesyonel ┼čekilde duyurmad─▒─č─▒n─▒zda zarar g├Ârmeyecekseniz basit animasyon programlar─▒ kullanman─▒z faydal─▒ olacakt─▒r. Bu t├╝r senaryolar i├žin pencil 2d imdad─▒n─▒za yeti┼čir. Pencil grafik program─▒ a├ž─▒k kaynak kodlu animasyon program─▒d─▒r.

Digicel FlipBook Animation

Sistemler: Windows ve macOS
Digicel'in 2d animasyon program─▒ flipbook animation stykz program─▒n─▒n bir t─▒k ├╝st versiyonu diyebiliriz. ├ç├Âp adamlar yerine karikat├╝rler kullanabiliyorsunuz. ├ťcretsiz olmas─▒ ve kullan─▒m kolayl─▒─č─▒ sayesinde bir ├žok tasar─▒mc─▒ taraf─▒ndan tercih edilmesine sebep oluyor. Watermark ├Âzelli─či ile ad─▒ndan s─▒k├ža s├Âz ettiren flipbook orta d├╝zey video tasar─▒mc─▒lar─▒na hitap etmektedir. Kullan─▒m─▒n─▒n ├žok basit olmas─▒ dolay─▒s─▒yla kontrol├╝ tamamen size b─▒rakm─▒yor. Yap─▒labilecek videolar olduk├ža k─▒s─▒tl─▒ hale geliyor. ├ç├╝nk├╝ program tamamen iki boyutlu animasyon program─▒d─▒r. 3d hi├ž bir nesne import edilemiyor veya outpot yap─▒lam─▒yor. FlipPad ile ├žal─▒┼č─▒lmas─▒ durumunda ortaya g├╝zel g├Âr├╝nt├╝ler ├ž─▒kart─▒labilir. FlipPad ise digicel'in karakalem ├žal─▒┼čmas─▒ i├žin olu┼čturdu─ču program denilebilir. FlipPad ile karakter ├žal─▒┼čmas─▒ yap─▒p, FlipBook'a at─▒p renklendirilebilir.

Synfig Studio

Sadece iki boyutlu i┼člemlerin yap─▒labildi─či animation program, vekt├Âr bazl─▒ ├žal─▒┼čmalar─▒ desteklemektedir. Vekt├Âr bazl─▒ nesneleri import edebilen synfig, katmanlar ve filtre ├Âzellikleri i├žermektedir. Program─▒n kullan─▒labilmesi i├žin en az 2GB RAM'e sahip olman─▒z gerekiyor.

3D Animasyon Programlar─▒

├ťcretsiz 3d animasyon programlar─▒ piyasada pek bulunmuyor. ├ť├ž boyutlu animasyon programlar─▒ genellikle ├╝cretlidir ve lisans gerektirir. Tasar─▒m i┼člerini profesyonel anlamda ger├žekle┼čtirenler a┼ča─č─▒da bulunan listeyi inceleyerek kendilerine en uygun olan─▒ se├žip kullanabilirler. Listeyi yaparken en iyiden en k├Ât├╝ye do─čru yapmaya ├žal─▒┼čt─▒k. Tabiki her 3d animasyon program─▒ iyidir fakat en kullan─▒┼čl─▒lar─▒n─▒ ├╝st s─▒ralaya eklemeye gayret g├Âsterdik.

Adobe Premiere Pro

Sistemler: Windows, Linux, macOS, Android ve iOS
Dijital d├╝nyan─▒n devlerinden birisi olan Adobe firmas─▒ Premiere Pro en iyi video animasyon programlar─▒ndan biridir. Olduk├ža kapsaml─▒ ve istedi─činiz t├╝m senaryolar─▒ ekrana d├Âkebilece─činiz e┼čsiz ├Âzelliklere sahiptir. Animasyon firmalar─▒n─▒n bir├žo─ču premiere pro kullanmaktad─▒r. ─░ster animasyon yapma i┼člerinizde ister video d├╝zenleme i┼člerinizde partner olarak kendinize bu program─▒ se├žebilirsiniz. Tasar─▒m i┼činde her ┼čeyi d├╝┼č├╝nm├╝┼č.

30 g├╝n deneme s├╝r├╝m├╝n├╝ kullanarak sat─▒n al─▒p almayaca─č─▒na karar verebilirsiniz. Sistem gereksinimleri olduk├ža fazla. A─č─▒r bir program oldu─ču i├žin kurmadan ├Ânce gereksinimleri kar┼č─▒lay─▒p kar┼č─▒layamad─▒─č─▒n─▒z─▒ kontrol etmelisiniz. Maya'n─▒n art─▒ yanlar─▒ndan birisi haz─▒r efektlerin bollu─ču olsa gerek. ├ľrne─čin animasyon yaparken bir gemiyi patlatmaya ├žal─▒┼čt─▒─č─▒n─▒z─▒ d├╝┼č├╝nelim. Bunun i├žin haz─▒r ate┼čli patlama efektleri bulunuyor. ─░┼činizi h─▒zl─▒ca ├ž├Âz├╝yorsunuz. Ayr─▒ca animasyon karakterleri ├╝zerinde ├žok ├žal─▒┼čm─▒┼člar. Animasyon program─▒ karakterlere elbette duyarl─▒ olmal─▒ fakat Maya bunu biraz abartm─▒┼č. Olu┼čturdu─čunuz maskot veya karakterin sa├ž tellerini dahi ger├že─če yak─▒n belirleyebiliyorsunuz. Voxel ├Âzelli─či ile karakteri ├žok ├žabuk olu┼čturabiliyorsunuz. Y─▒ll─▒k ortalama 2.500$ civar─▒nda bir fiyat─▒ var.

Adobe After Effects

Sistemler: Windows, Linux ve macOS
Hemen hemen her tasar─▒mc─▒n─▒n yolu bir ┼čekilde adobe after effects ile kesi┼čmi┼čtir. Filmlerin, animasyonlar─▒n, introlar─▒n ve video d├╝nyas─▒n─▒n ya┼čl─▒ kurtlar─▒ndand─▒r. After effects ile neler yapabiliriz ┼čeklinde bir soru sorarsan─▒z cevab─▒m─▒z "her ┼čey" olacakt─▒r. Yine hayal g├╝c├╝n├╝zle s─▒n─▒rl─▒ bir animasyon program─▒. Video kesme i┼člemi de efekt verme i┼člemi de olduk├ža basit. Bilgisayar─▒n─▒zda g├╝├ž isteyen nadide bir ├╝r├╝nd├╝r. ├ľzellikle ciddi ┼čekilde RAM takviyesi gerektirebilir. Sanal st├╝dyo ├Âzelli─či (ye┼čil ekran/green screen) olduk├ža ba┼čar─▒l─▒. Avatar filminin belirli sahneleri after effects ve maya ile yap─▒ld─▒. Tabi programlar─▒n d─▒┼č─▒nda bir ├žok teknolojik sens├Ârler kullan─▒ld─▒. Video montaj─▒ s─▒ras─▒nda ses montaj─▒ da yapabiliyorsunuz. Bu sekt├Âr├╝n mercedes'i diyebiliriz.

Autodesk 3ds Max

Sistemler: Windows, Linux ve macOS
Yine bir autodesk klasi─či diyebiliriz. Yapt─▒klar─▒ her program ayr─▒ g├╝ndemler olu┼čturuyor. 3d animasyon program─▒ da denilebilir. Emektar programlar aras─▒nda yerini al─▒r diye d├╝┼č├╝n├╝yoruz. Maya program─▒ndan yakla┼č─▒k 8 y─▒l ├Ânce piyasaya s├╝r├╝lm├╝┼čt├╝. Autodesk firmas─▒n─▒n 8 y─▒ll─▒k animasyon ve modelleme deneyimin ard─▒ndan 3ds max'i kald─▒rmad─▒lar ama Maya'y─▒ ├ž─▒kartm─▒┼člard─▒. Hala kullanan tasar─▒mc─▒lar var. Ama bize sorarsan─▒z, tasar─▒mc─▒lar─▒m─▒z Maya varken 3ds'yi tercih etmiyorlar. Kimisi ├Ânceden kulland─▒─č─▒ i├žin hala 3ds kullanmaya devam ediyor. 3ds ile neler mi yap─▒labilir? Neler yap─▒lmaz ki..

NeoGeo Blender

Sistemler: Windows, Linux ve macOS
Blender 1998 y─▒l─▒nda Hollanda'da Neogeo ┼čirketi taraf─▒ndan piyasaya s├╝r├╝ld├╝. G├╝n├╝m├╝ze kadar kendini geli┼čtirmeyi ba┼čard─▒ ve ┼ču anda olduk├ža pop├╝ler ┼čekilde hayat─▒na devam ediyor. Tercih edilmesinin ilk nedeni kullan─▒m─▒n─▒n di─čer programlara g├Âre daha kolay olu┼čudur. Bu kolayl─▒klarla beraber baz─▒ i┼člemleri basit├že yapabilme olana─č─▒ da tan─▒yor. ├ľrne─čin after effects'te opakl─▒k ayar─▒ yapmak i├žin Transform ├Âzelliklerini a├ž─▒p Opacity de─čerini d├╝┼č├╝rmemiz gerekirken, Blender animasyon program─▒ i├žin direkt olarak sa─č panelde Opacity ayar─▒ bulunabiliyor. Tabi g├Âr├╝n├╝m├╝ ki┼čiselle┼čtirebiliyorsunuz. En ├žok kulland─▒─č─▒n─▒z ara├žlar─▒ ekrana sabitleyebiliyor ve i┼člemlerinizi h─▒zland─▒rabiliyorsunuz. Tasar─▒m anlam─▒nda yeni yeni profesyonelle┼čiyorsan─▒z Blender ├Ânerebiliriz ama tasar─▒mc─▒lar─▒m─▒z─▒n tercih etti─či programlar aras─▒nda yer alm─▒yor.

Maxon Cinema 4D

Sistemler: Windows, Linux ve macOS
Ad─▒nda 4D olmas─▒na bakmay─▒n, bildi─čimiz ├╝├ž boyutlu 3d animasyon program─▒d─▒r. Kendilerine has g├Âr├╝n├╝mler olu┼čtururlar ve ├žizimler yaparlar. Tanitimvideosu.com olarak kullanm─▒yoruz fakat merak─▒m─▒zdan a├ž─▒p kurcalam─▒┼čl─▒─č─▒m─▒z ├žok olmu┼čtur.

Vegas Pro

Sistemler: Windows ve macOS
Vegas pro'nun tarihi biraz sanc─▒l─▒. ├ľnce sonic firmas─▒ taraf─▒ndan piyasaya s├╝r├╝ld├╝. Daha sonra sony b├╝nyesine ge├žti. Asl─▒nda en ├žok sony firmas─▒na ge├žti─činde program me┼čhur oldu.

Final Cut Pro X

Sistemler: macOS
Apple taraf─▒ndan yap─▒lan animasyon program─▒ Final Cut Pro X 2.000Ôé║ civar─▒nda fiyata sat─▒l─▒yor. Asl─▒nda ├╝├ž boyutlu sahneler olu┼čturulam─▒yor, yani 3d animasyon program─▒ denilemez fakat 3d titles ├Âzelli─či bulundu─čundan dolay─▒ 3d Animasyon Programlar─▒ kategorisinde yer verdik. Sadece macOS sisteminde ├žal─▒┼čmas─▒ dezavantajlar─▒ndan birisi. Listedeki fiyat/performans a├ž─▒s─▒ndan en y├╝ksek orana sahip animasyon program─▒ diyebiliriz. 3 boyutlu tasar─▒mlar yapam─▒yorsunuz fakat bunun d─▒┼č─▒nda yapmak istedi─činiz t├╝m senaryolar─▒ ekrana d├Âkebiliyorsunuz. Final cut pro x program─▒n─▒n kullan─▒labilmesi i├žin macbook veya iMac cihazlar─▒ndan herhangi birine sahip olman─▒z gerekiyor. FCPX ile animasyonlar olu┼čturabilir, ├╝├ž boyutlu yaz─▒lar yazabilir, video montaj─▒ yapabilir ve istedi─činiz efektleri verebilirsiniz. Program sadece App Store ├╝zerinden sat─▒lmaktad─▒r. Rekabet etti─či di─čer yaz─▒l─▒mlarla kar┼č─▒la┼čt─▒r─▒ld─▒─č─▒ zaman a├ž─▒k ara ├Ânde oldu─čunu s├Âyleyebiliriz.

Bryce 7 Pro

├ç├╝nk├╝ her sahneyi co─črafi donelerle anlatmak zorunda kalabilirsiniz. Hava yolu, ta┼č─▒mac─▒l─▒k, nakliye, do─ča sporlar─▒, paintball, yama├ž para┼č├╝t├╝ gibi ┼čirket sahiplerinin tan─▒t─▒m videolar─▒ yap─▒l─▒rken bryce 7 pro tercih edilebilir.

Joker Animasyon Programlar─▒

Sketchup 3D Design Software

Sistemler: Windows, Linux ve macOS
Belki de video ve foto─čraf tasar─▒m d├╝nyas─▒ndaki dengeleri yerinden oynatan yaz─▒l─▒md─▒r. Animasyon programlar─▒ aras─▒nda boyutlar aras─▒nda hi├ž bir i┼če gerek kalmadan ge├ži┼č yapabilen tek program diyebiliriz. 3d Warehouse k├╝t├╝phanesinde haz─▒r tasar─▒mlar mevcut. ├ľzellikle Vray ile s├╝per g├Âr├╝nt├╝ler elde edebiliyorsunuz. ├ľzellikle mimari ├žal─▒┼čmalarda harika sonu├žlar elde edilebiliyor. Render i┼člemi uzun s├╝r├╝yor diyebiliriz. Google taraf─▒ndan yap─▒lm─▒┼č, ar┼čivlenmesi gereken ba┼čyap─▒tt─▒r. ├ťcretsiz s├╝r├╝m├╝n├╝n yan─▒nda pro s├╝r├╝m├╝ de bulunuyor. Profesyonel anlamda tasar─▒m ├žal─▒┼čmalar─▒ y├╝r├╝tecek ki┼čilerin pro versiyonu almalar─▒n─▒ tavsiye ederiz.

Ajax Animator

Sistemler: Windows ve macOS
Ajax asl─▒nda tasar─▒m programlar─▒n─▒n genel mant─▒─č─▒n─▒ yans─▒tan basit bir 2d animasyon program─▒ olarak nitelendirilebilir. Program─▒ indirmeden Online Animasyon sayfas─▒ndan denemeler yapabilirsiniz. ─░stedi─činiz her ┼čeyi ekrana yans─▒tamazs─▒n─▒z. Kullanabilece─činiz ara├žlar olduk├ža k─▒s─▒tl─▒. 2d animasyon program─▒ veya 3d animasyon program─▒ mant─▒─č─▒n─▒ bu programla kavrayabilirseniz, t├╝m yaz─▒l─▒mlar─▒ rahatl─▒kla ├Â─črenebilirsiniz.

Animaker

Sistemler: Windows

Online animasyon program─▒ pek bulunmaz, vyond nadir yaz─▒l─▒mlar aras─▒nda yer al─▒r. Ayr─▒ca ┼čablonlar sunarak size h─▒zl─▒ ├ž├Âz├╝mler ├╝retmektedir. Online animasyon program─▒ oldu─ču i├žin haliyle ├╝cretsiz olmas─▒ d├╝┼č├╝n├╝lemez. ├ťcretsiz online animasyon program─▒ piyasada yok. Sisteme kay─▒t olduktan sonra ├╝yeli─činizi ├╝cretli ├╝yeli─če y├╝kseltiyorsunuz. Olu┼čturdu─čunuz animasyonlar kendi sitelerinden de yay─▒nlan─▒yor.

Clara.io

Sistemler: Online
Clara.io web sitesi asl─▒nda s─▒f─▒rdan animasyon olu┼čturmak i├žin yap─▒lm─▒┼č bir site de─čil. ├ťcretsiz online 3d animasyon program─▒ da de─čil. Peki neden animasyon programlar─▒ listesinde var? ├ç├╝nk├╝ CLARA 3d animasyonlar olu┼čturulurken ├žok b├╝y├╝k kolayl─▒klar sa─čl─▒yor. ─░┼čleyi┼či de olduk├ža kolay. Siteye girip ├╝cretsiz ├╝ye oluyorsunuz.

Animasyon haz─▒rlama programlar─▒ a─č─▒r programlar oldu─ču i├žin sadece montaj i┼člemleri i├žin ├Ânerilmez.

4K videolar dahi d├╝zenlenebiliyor. Videolara efekt verebiliyor, ├╝zerine ses eklenebiliyor, ├╝├ž boyutlu d├╝nya haritalar─▒ tek tu┼čla eklenebiliyor, direkt olarak iPhone telefonlara export edilebiliyor. Piyasada bulunan en iyi ├╝cretsiz video d├╝zenleme programlar─▒ndan diyebiliriz.

Edius

2020.05.16 06:44 motivated_cutiepie How I maximize the use of my GCash

Hi everyone! I just want to share to you how I use my GCash. So, since starting my job right after college, I always wanted to buy a sturdy phone I could really use for my online correspondence (Outlook, Gmail, etc.), online banking and online money transfers.
1. MOBILE PHONE LOADS. Pwede ka nang bumili ng load mo. (pwede mo pang ipang-negosyo) May rebate kang 5% for every load transaction.
2. ONLINE TRANSACTIONS. Pwede kang magbayad ng mga bayarin like PagIbig Funds, NBI Clearance (just take note na may 5Php na service fee, pero san ka pa, diba?), atbp. Kung me PagIbig MP2 account ka, mas magandang via GCash kang magbayad.
As of now, 536 na yung GScore ko at may credit limit akong 2000Php. Basically works as a credit card. 5% interest rate lang. So, kapag 1000 credit limit mo, 50 pesos yung babayaran mong interest if ever magke-credit ka at magbabayad na. Pero just like credit cards, ugaliing maging responsible user at gamitin lamang ang GCredit sa mga kelangan mo at kaya mong bayaran. Sobrang useful nya in times of need.
Kitams?? Makakasave ka ng 95Php. Ganon yun.
6. GCASH INVEST- ganda rin neto kasi pwede mong iinvest pera mo dito. Tinry ko to dito. On-going pa naman ako (Atram yung name ng investment vehicle), wala pa akong masabi. Hehe.
Andito yung link for more info: GCash Insure
At kung wala pa kayong GCash account, gumawa na kayo for a better hassle-free transaction.

2020.02.01 00:06 RedDeckWeekly [Standard][Article] Red Week-in-Review

Hello again Spikes! I wanted to thank you all for the responses I got on my last write-up, [The State of Red](https://www.reddit.com/spikes/comments/eti5t1/standard_article_the_state_of_red/) received some good criticism and a ton of great responses.
Starting today, IÔÇÖll be doing a weekly roundup of all the Red decks that placed highly or made news from the previous week. As a part of that, IÔÇÖll be assessing where the format is at the moment and where I would want to be for the coming weekend. My aim is to always have these out by noon PST on Fridays, so that anyone packing for a flight or heading to an FNM will have the info in their hands while itÔÇÖs still useful.
čöąčöąčöą
RedDeckWeekly Weekend Review
This weekend was the first where Theros: Beyond Death cards were legal in paper. Except, there werenÔÇÖt any paper events that I could find! It seems that all the PTQs at Magic Fest New Jersey were in other formats! Disappointing, I know.
Despite that, we have a few telling lists from MTGO.
Before we get into the decks, though, letÔÇÖs talk about a bit how IÔÇÖll be grading them.
Each deck will be assigned a number of points based on a few different categories. They are (in descending order of importance):
Power Level ÔÇô 10 Points
This is always going to be difficult to categorize and apply a number to, but itÔÇÖs probably the most important part of this discussion. Whenever I say Power Level, thatÔÇÖs shorthand for ÔÇťthe strength of these cards against the known metagameÔÇŁ plus ÔÇťthe raw strength/efficiency/versatility of each of the cards in the deck on average.ÔÇŁ When it comes to Power Level, IÔÇÖll be considering 1) the way that each card in the deck matches up against each other card in the format, 2) how powerful each card is in a vacuum, and 3) how well the 75 form a cohesive game plan.
Sideboard ÔÇô 5 Points
All good decks rise and fall on the strength of their sideboards. I would argue that the construction of a sideboard, and the proper utilization of that sideboard, is the most difficult part of competitive Magic. I could say that building and utilizing a sideboard for a Red aggressive deck is even harder than building one for either white or blue decks, because we donÔÇÖt have OP and extremely prejudiced hate cards like [[Aether Gust]] that slot into any deck that can cast them, but I wonÔÇÖt. I wonÔÇÖt say that.
RednessÔÇô 4 Points
After quality you have to judge the heart.
Only the Reddest of Red Decks will earn all the points here.
Any deck which earns 4/4 points will be honored with the [[Fireblast]] Award of Excellence. The Fireblast Award is reserved for those decks who not only set their opponents ablaze but also ignite the light behind a [[Rakdos Cackler]]ÔÇÖs eyes. Each is a torch of excellence.
Record in a Premier-Level Event ÔÇô 1 Point
This point is reserved for Red Decks who place highly in a premier-level event. I reserve the right to throw this one around haphazardly, but I wonÔÇÖt be giving it to any deck that wins a preliminary, 5-0s a league, puts a player into Mythic, or Top 8s a small non-PTQ event without winning that event.
The Full Scale ÔÇô 20/20 Points
IÔÇÖll also be applying letter grades to each deck based on the points they have earned out of 20:
The letter grade exists only as a way of talking about decks in comparison to one another. For example, if we talk about a 16 versus a 12, those could sound very close or very far away from one another, depending on context. But when I say ÔÇťan A deck versus a B- deck,ÔÇŁ I think you get a strong sense that one is better than the other.
The scale is designed to prioritize good deckbuilding above all else. Flavor, results, and number of Mountains is obviously important to me, but those things shouldnÔÇÖt result in me giving an A to a deck that could never have a shot at winning any given tournament.
An important note: This scale was designed entirely by me, this morning, without leaving my bed. IÔÇÖm sure thereÔÇÖs a different way to do it. IÔÇÖm open to any and all suggestions as to how to do this in a better way.
Now. Onto the decks!

Week in Review // Jan 24-30, 2020
Our first four lists were part of the 1/27 MTGO Standard League 5-0 deck dump. You can find the full list of decks [here.](https://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/MTGO-standings/standard-league-2020-01-27)
[Gruul Adventures by Chayajom]([https://www.mtggoldfish.com/deck/2709846#paper\\](https://www.mtggoldfish.com/deck/2709846#paper))
A [[Trusty Machete]] if thereÔÇÖs ever been one. If you own [[Questing Beast]], [[Stomping Ground]], [[Fabled Passage]], AND [[Embercleave]], you can do no better than this. If you donÔÇÖt own those cards, IÔÇÖm skeptical that you should purchase them only to play this deck.
This seems like a solid metagame call if youÔÇÖre looking to beat Mono-Red (gasp!) and other creature decks. [[Lovestruck Beast]], [[Bonecrusher Giant]], and [[Klothys, God of Destiny]] put the smaller creature decks in a vice they canÔÇÖt escape.
I have two main issues with this 75, though.
  1. When is [[The First Iroan Games]] better than any other three-drop? When would you rather have Games instead of a [[Gruul Spellbreaker]]? The answer, I think, is never.
  2. The sideboard is a soup of midrange cards that donÔÇÖt point in any particular direction. Where is [[Cindervines]]? Where would you want exactly two copies of [[Cosmotronic Wave]]?
Final Grade: 14/20. B.
  1. Power Level: 8/10
  2. Sideboard: 2/5
  3. Redness: 4/4
  4. Premier Event Placement: 0/1
[Grim Initiate Aggro by Kirblinxy](https://www.mtggoldfish.com/deck/2709841#paper)
There are quite a few interesting takes here. A two-and-two split of [[Phoenix of Ash]] and [[Scorch Spitter]]? Four [[Shock]]?
You know what IÔÇÖm about to tear this deck apart for, though. THREE EMBERCLEAVES? CanÔÇÖt be havin it, mate. ItÔÇÖs your best card. Play four or play a different deck altogether.
The more I see [[Embereth Shieldbreaker]] in sideboards the less I like it. The flavor text on that card says ÔÇťCourage is the only shield I need.ÔÇŁ A strong take, but one I agree with. Leave the Shieldbreakers at homeÔÇöcourage is all you need.
In all seriousness, I have never boarded this card in, drawn it, and felt good about it. Even when you get to snipe an oven on turn 1, youÔÇÖre still stuck with a goblin piker who still dies to any random kitty. I could maybe give a pass to the Shieldbreaker if you were also playing [[Barge In]]. Then maybe you can convince me that when you combine your two worst cards, they actually do something. Until then, IÔÇÖm off it.
All that said, I like Phoenix in this build of the deck, especially with that twenty-first land to facilitate the extra three-drops. I just wish they would have gone up to a full four Phoenix and been done with it.
Final Grade: 14/20. B.
  1. Power Level: 7/10
  2. Sideboard: 3/5
  3. Redness: 4/4
  4. Premier Event Placement: 0/1
[Cavalcade 2020 by sneaky robot](https://www.mtggoldfish.com/deck/2709835#paper)
I love a smorgasbord. A little [[Heartfire]], a little [[Lava Coil]].
This deck was constructed by someone who despises the Legendary card type and all its drawbacks. Splitting every legendary permanent could seem like a huge level up when youÔÇÖre brand new to Magic. I canÔÇÖt have two of these in play, so why would I play four? ThatÔÇÖs just gonna lead to feel-bads.
ItÔÇÖs a fine theory, but we know thatÔÇÖs not how things work.
But I like the experimentation here. Heartfire has felt very close to being a card for most of its existence. Maybe [[Anax, Hardened in the Forge]] can push it over the edge into playability?
Final Grade: 12/20. B-
  1. Power Level: 6/10
  2. Sideboard: 2/5
  3. Redness: 4/4
  4. Premier Event Placement: 0/1
[Rix Maadi Aristocrats by HEROtsuka](https://www.mtggoldfish.com/deck/2709843#paper)
[[Mayhem Devil]] is a monster after mine own heart.
This list incorporates a new sacrifice outlet in [[Woe Strider]]. To take advantage of the bonus graveyard synergies, [[Rix Maadi Reveler]] replaces [[Rankle, Master of Pranks]] entirely.
The additional sacrifice outlet lets us go up to a whopping five mainboard steal effects, with another steal effect in the board, to ensure that the blood rituals will never end.
Creature decks of any variety should be a cakewalk for this monster.
[[Blood Crypt]] enthusiasts, look no further.
I recommended a different, redder version of this last week, but in all honesty, this is probably the better deck.
Final Grade: 16/20. A-.
Power Level: 9/10
Sideboard: 4/5
Redness: 3/4
Premier Event Placement: 0/1

Next up! The following decks are taken from the MTGO Standard Showcase Challenge on 1-26-20. You can find the full list of decks [here.](https://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/MTGO-standings/standard-showcase-challenge-2020-01-26)
[Rakdos Aristocrats by Brunister](https://www.mtggoldfish.com/deck/2705419#paper)
This list felt just slightly worse than the list above, but in the interest of completeness, I had to at least mention it. Sideboard Tibalt in Aristocrats is seems great, though.
Final Grade: 14/20. B.
  1. Power Level: 7/10
  2. Sideboard: 4/5
  3. Redness:2/4
  4. Premier Event Placement: 1/1
[Three Embercleaves by Jpsn54](https://www.mtggoldfish.com/deck/2705418#paper)
Outside of the obvious one-card error, this seems solid, but less synergistic than other builds. IÔÇÖm interested in what the deckbuilderÔÇÖs reasoning could have been for splitting [[Phoenix of Ash]] and [[Robber of the Rich]].
[[Shock]] and [[Bonecrusher Giant]] tell me that this list might be tuned for the mirror. If that was the case, though I would expect to see more Bonecrushers in the side. Robber is also an excellent card in the mirror, assuming your opponent doesnÔÇÖt have the shock.
Is this where weÔÇÖve come, already? Red metagaming against Red? Damn shame.
All that said, this is a great example of where Red might have to go to survive.
Final Grade: 16/20. A-.
  1. Power Level: 8/10
  2. Sideboard: 4/5
  3. Redness:4/4
  4. Premier Event Placement: 0/1
[Capital R Red by Kasa](https://www.mtggoldfish.com/deck/2705423#paper)
Look at this thing of beauty. Sixteen hasters, four [[Embercleave]]s, eight sources of card advantage. Seventeen Basic Mountains, for the love of god, and not a tap land in sight.
It looks alarmingly goodÔÇöat first glance.
Someone missed the boat, though.
[[Anax, Hardened in the Forge]] is nowhere to be found.
Here I think we have the most important question of the present moment. Can we play an [[Embercleave]] deck without the best red card in the newest set?
Obviously cutting Anax wasnÔÇÖt enough to prevent Kasa from Top-8ing this one tournament, but will it be tenable down the road? Maybe [[Runaway Steam-Kin]] is actually what needs to go, and Robber-Anax is the correct configuration. Maybe KasaÔÇÖs found the truth.
Maybe the truth will change from week to week.
IÔÇÖll be keeping a close eye on that distinction among the lists as the metagame evolves.
Past that, thereÔÇÖs another great adaptation. Three sideboard [[Redcap Melee]]s indicate a great amount of respect for opposing All-Mountain mages.
Final Grade: 18/20. A.
  1. Power Level: 9/10
  2. Sideboard: 4/5
  3. Redness:4/4
  4. Premier Event Placement: 1/1
And there we have it! The highest rated deck of all time on RedDeckWeekly. Until next time, anyway.
Our last deck comes from the 1-30-20 MTGO Standard League 5-0 deck dump. You can find the embarrassingly small number of full lists [here.](https://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/MTGO-standings/standard-league-2020-01-30)
[Torbran and Anax by Shadowhawk9](https://www.mtggoldfish.com/deck/2720070#paper)
The most interesting part of this list is the presence of four [[Torbran, Thane of Red Fell]] without his trademark partners [[Cavalcade of Calamity]] and [[Chandra, Acolyte of Flame]]. Outside of that, four Bonecrushers means that you can get up to the full eight shocks, if you really hate losing to the mirror.
This list actually appears to be preboarded against Red. The only card I might consider bringing in for the mirror would be Lava Coil, and then only on the draw.
Final Grade: 17/20. A-.
  1. Power Level: 8/10
  2. Sideboard: 4/5
  3. Redness:4/4
  4. Premier Event Placement: 1/1
čöąčöąčöą
Moving Forward
I recommend you [take a look](https://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/MTGO-standings/standard-showcase-challenge-2020-01-26) at the rest of the decks from the 1-30 deck dump.
ItÔÇÖs dismal stuff, friends.
[[Daxos, Blessed by the Sun]], [[Oath of Kaya]], and [[Archon of SunÔÇÖs Grace]] abound. ItÔÇÖs been a long time since we only had to deal 18 points of damage to kill our opponent, and those days donÔÇÖt appear to be coming back.
If there is anything you take from this article today, it should be that the metagame has definitely shifted slightly against us in the past week.
Luckily, these are just the same old enemies wearing new faces.
[[Tibalt, Rakish Instigator]] will put a damper on those lifegain decks. We will have to do the rest.
Last Words and What IÔÇÖd Play
IÔÇÖve run super long here, and we all know I prefer a shorter game. Here is my [decklist](https://www.mtggoldfish.com/deck/2724544#paper) for the coming weekend, both in paper and on the ladder. Later today IÔÇÖll drop my sideboard guide for this list over on twitter.com/reddeckweekly.
If you made it this farÔÇöthanks for sticking around! IÔÇÖll see you back here same time next week, when IÔÇÖll do it again.

2019.12.19 16:30 Neiru Guide to Elder Titan Support - 7.23e

Hello TrueDotA2,
I've been playing a lot of pos 5 Elder Titan recently, and to great success. I believe he's been a good hero for some time, but he's often overlooked and rarely picked. According to DotAbuff, Elder Titan is the 5th least played hero in dota and has a 50.16% win ratio. I decided to write a guide on how I play him, and why I think he's so strong.

Elder Titan - The Worldsmith

"I broke the world, did you think I could not break you?"
Why is Elder Titan rarely picked? There's a trend to the least played heroes on Dotabuff - they all involve micro (controlling multiple units), and perhaps that's scary to some. Playing Elder Titan does involve some form of micro, but not as much as the other heroes on the bottom of the list. Another reason is that I think his abilities and damage is kind of hard to understand at first glance. Almost all of his abilities deals split damage types and may seem underwhelming when you read them at first. The truth is that you don't have to micro very much to play ET, and that his abilities can deal a lot of damage when used correctly.
Why should you pick him? Elder Titan is a great teamfight hero, with emphasis on controlling enemies and increasing the damage they take from all sources. He fits into any lineup and is hard to counterpick. He likes to build aura items that benefit the team, but is not reliant on items in any way. Elder Titan is one of the few great initiators and counter-initators who does not require a blink dagger or any other item to execute his role. Playing Elder Titan will make you learn good positioning, and deepen your understanding of damage types in DotA2.

Abilities:

Q - Echo Stomp Elder Titan must remain stationary as he channels for 1.7 seconds before stomping the ground, damaging and putting nearby enemies to sleep. If Astral Spirit is cast, the spirit will mirror Elder Titan and cast Echo Stomp at its location. Slept enemies stay disabled until the duration runs out, or they take damage equal to the wake threshold. The sleep is dispellable with hard dispells. This ability deals 160 damage at max rank and that may seem underwhelming, but is actually pretty misleading. The tooltip does not mention that the ability actually does TWICE that damage when cast without a spirit, and with a spirit it deals 160 damage in both the spirits and ET's location. Like his ultimate, the Stomp does 50% physical damage and 50% magical damage. The physical damage comes from Elder Titan, and the magical damage comes from his Astral Spirit. If no spirit is cast, Elder Titan deals both instances of damage - 160 physical and 160 magical to a total of 320 at max rank. Overlapping the Spirit stomp and ETs stomp on a hero will also deal both instances of damage.
Tip: Landing a stomp can be tricky, as it is very obviously telegraphed with both sound and animation. For best results, cast a spirit directly ontop of the enemy hero and immediately start channeling the stomp. Most heroes will not escape in time, unless they have very high movespeed or a force staff. The initial damage from the spirit disables blink usage. Casting Echo Stomp out of vision from enemies will not play the sound queue (if you are being chased in trees, for example).
W - Astral Spirit This is perhaps his most iconic ability. Elder Titan sends out a spirit at a target location, which can move independently (has a movespeed equal to ET himself) and grants vision in a small area. After casting, the Astral Spirit ability is replaced with "Return Spirit" which does exactly what it says it does. The Spirit returns automatically after 8 seconds if no return command is issued, or if Elder Titan walks within 100 range of the spirit centre. The cooldown on Astral Spirit starts to refresh immediately after casting, and not after return.Astral Spirit does 50 magical damage to any enemies it touches, and upon return grants ET increased damage and movespeed for each enemy hit for 10 seconds. Touching a hero unit with the spirit gives more damage and movespeed than creeps, but they all stack up upon return. It also applies ETs 3rd ability in a radius around it before applying the 50 impact damage. More on the aura later. Casting Echo Stomp on ET also casts it in the same radius around the spirit after the channel time. Stomp can also be casted from the spirit, forcing ET to do the same. Echo Stomp can also be casted while the spirit is returning, making it stop and cast before returning, effectively increasing the duration of the spirits is deployment.
Tip: When the game starts, go to offlane and wait for the first creepwave to arrive. Cast spirit, touch everything and then TP back to safelane, position yourself in the trees and return spirit. The Spirit will travel the map and touch middle lane, and with some luck/skill also everything in the safelane. Gives super high dmg lvl 1 but you will prob lose out on a bounty rune at your safelane.
Protip: You can extend the duration of the spirit buff by applying a new Astral Spirit buff before your current one runs out. It will refresh the bonus from the 1st buff, and grant bonuses from the 2nd buff ontop of it. This is easiest to pull of at max rank when the cooldown is the shortest and by having the first spirit return to you from afar, allowing the CD of Astral Spirit to run as low as possible before the 1st buff is applied, extending the window of time where you can apply the 2nd buff while the 1st is still active (thanks extine for this tip)!
E - Natural Order Natural order neatly ties ET's other abilities together by reducing the base magic resistance and armor of all enemies affected by it. This ability is what makes Elder Titan a great teamfight hero that never falls off, and offsets the negative effect of having split damage types. At max rank, it removes 100% of base armor and base magic resistance. All heroes in dota2 have an innate 25% magic resistance, but Elder Titan removes this and makes units affected by his aura take 100% magical damage. The base armor of a hero, and armor gained from the agility stat is also completely negated by this aura. This is super strong, but note that items, talents or abilities granting magic resistance or armor is not affected by this ability. The base armor reduction emenates from Elder Titan, and the base magic resistance emenates from his Astral Spirit. If no spirit is cast, both auras are centered around ET himself. Learning how this aura works and the radius in which it is applied is key to maximizing ET's damage, and his effectiveness as a teamfigther.
Tip: Natural Order has a pretty short radius, but has a visual effect on enemies affected by it. Watch for the small circle around the base of enemy heroes to make sure the aura is applied.
R - Earth Splitter Elder Titans ultimate ability is a delayed long-range nuke that pulls enemies together and deals damage based on a % of max hp, meaning that the higher max HP a hero has the more damage it takes. Like Echo Stomp, Earth Splitter deals split damage types. At max rank, it deals a whooping 50% of a heroes total health as physical and magical damage. The physical damage and the pull effect pierces BKB, and may cancel channeling effects such as a TP or Shadow Fiends ultimate. Damage occurs after a 3.14 second delay from initial cast, and damages in a straight line from the castpoint in the direction it is used. Earth Splitter can be hard to land as enemies can easily walk out of it, unless they are stunned, slept or slowed. As such it's easiest to land after setting it up with a stomp or set up by your teammates. Enemies hit by the damage are also slowed for a duration after the impact.
Tip: Cast Earth Splitter after landing a stomp to increase chances of sucess. If you are late to a fight and out of position, you can cast Earth Splitter from range and Spirit + Stomp to catch enemies in the ult.
MLG420 Pro Tip: Treat Earth Splitter as a skillshot like Mirana Arrow and try to surprise enemies through trees and cliffs with an exploding surprise (extremely hard and not recommended, but fun as hell when successful)!

Playstyle and build:

Elder Titan can be played as a core offlaner, or as a support. I've even seen him played mid a few times but that's very rare. This guide focuses mostly on the support style of play. Elder Titan can be a bit greedy as a pos 5 support and is perhaps best as a 4, but I feel that the recent changes to make obs wards free lets us be slightly greedier with our support picks. I play mostly pos 5, and with my last 20 ET games i have a record of 16-4 wins (very subtle brag).
Playstyle: In the laning stage, the way you play is pretty much the standard support way - you buy as much regen as you can afford and trade hits with the enemies. I always skill Astral Spirit at level 1 as the bonus damage from it makes you trade really well. If you touch the whole creepwave and two enemy heroes with a lvl 1 spirit, Elder Titan gains +52 damage, +5 armor and +18% movespeed. This doubles ET's melee damage and makes him one of the hardest hitters at level one along with good movespeed to engage and disengage before the spirit buff disappears after 10 seconds. A point is Astral Spirit also means that you can use your other abilities to their maxium effectiveness. At level 2, skill Echo stomp and use it after deploying your spirit to hold enemies in place while you walk up and prepare to smack them. Landing an echo stomp can also save your lane partner from dying as it sleeps the enemy. When the game transitions out of lane, ET is great at fighting for objectives because of the stomp sleep and can roam to gank by sneaking a surprise spirit from the trees and stomping to set up a kill/dive without being seen.
Stacking jungle is always important as a support, and can be extra beneficial as Elder Titan. If you stack the easy and hard camp close to your safelane, you can gain extra damage with your spirit by walking it through these camps and returning it. It can be tricky to pull off, but can potentially give you insane damage at early levels if you touch hero units aswell.
Later on when in the mid and lategame is where ET truly shines. Here your focus will be on tipping the fights to your advantage with the stomp and damage amp from the aura. Use Spirit + Stomp to surprise engage enemies, or to counter an enemies initation and save your teammates while giving time for the rest of your team to engage. The stomp damage is often not very srong in fights unless you get both damages instances from ET and the spirit, thus is best used to disrupt and disable the back lines in a fight. A 5 second sleep on one or two heroes will probably win the fight for your team. Just be careful with your positioning so that your stomp is not interrupted. Try to stay outside of enemy vision as much as possible to minimize the risk of being interrupted or targeted in a fight.
Tip: Position yourself near trees or on highground and use Line of Sight to hide your location from the enemies. If enemies are chasing you, use trees/hg to channel a stomp undetected and you can easily TP out.
Skillbuild: After 1 point in Spirit, I usually max or go at least 3 points in stomp for the sleep duration to set up Earth Splitter before maxing his aura. Astral Spirit bonus damage scales really well, but as a support your focus in the early game should not be damage, but control and teamfight. Only after maxing Stomp and Aura I max out the spirit. Sometimes I even skip the lvl 10 talent to max out the Aura before I get the talent. When all his skills are maxed at later levels, Elder Titan becomes as fearsome in melee as he is at range.
Altough early levels in Astral Spirit is best for a core role, it can also be beneficial as a support for extra pressure on the lane. One extra point in AS will double the damage gain from touching enemy units and make you a real threat in lane. Especially good if you're up against a trilane.
Talents:
You can be pretty flexible here, most choices are valid in my opinion.
Lvl 10 - I usually pick movespeed unless I'm dying a lot and need extra beefyness.
lvl 15 - Extra magic resistance is good and my standard pick, but the Astral Spirit hero dmg is good against melee teams that will often get you ridiculous right-click damage.
lvl 20 - +100 Echo Stomp damage is acutally + 200. It gives +100 magical and +100 physical damage and is usually the best choice. +70 Attack speed is a lot however, especially great with the lvl 15 Astral Spirit damage talent.
lvl 25 - 75 sec shorter CD on ult means you can use it in every fight or on every incoming creepwave, and makes pushing hg against ET really dangerous. +600 wake threshold is also good since it allows a total of 800 damage to a sleeping target before it wakes up. I usually pick ult CD reduction.
Items: Elder Titan has a rather low mana pool, and thus benefits greatly from int items or items that provide mana regen. He also likes building auras and damage amp items that lean into the effects of Natural Order. I will list a few items that I usually build on ET, with short explanations. The items are not listed in any particular order of importance, check what your team is buying and try to complement their builds. ET is a very versatile hero who doesn't really need items so focus on getting what your team does not have. For boots I usually go Tranquil boots, but Power Treads are also a valid chose (requires toggling to be effective).
Force staff - Not particulary great on ET, but a great support item overall and should not be overlooked.
Glimmer Cape - Same as above. Can be used to cast stomp while invisible which is neat. Echo stomp windup channel does not make a sound when cast out of vision or invisible.
Medallion of Courage / Solar Crest - Grants some mana regen, and removes even more armor from the enemies or beef up your cores. One of my favourites that I build almost every game.
Eul's Scepter - Provides great stats, movespeed and mana regen. Also very good at setting up Spirit + Stomp on targets or saving yourself. Perhaps one of my favourite items on ET. Getting this will solve all your mana issues while providing great utility.
Veil of Discord - Recently changed to give stats and mana regen aura. Also increases some of ET's damage, but most importantly his teams damage.
Drum of Endurance - Stats, movespeed and attackspeed. Great team aura.
Pipe of Insight - Every team should have one. Preferrably not built by pos 5 but a valid choice.
Rod of Atos - Not really a support item, but great for setting up stomp.
Meteor Hammer - Once again not really a support item, but ET is great with it because of Stomp and Natural order. Provides good stats and some tower push capabilities.
If you are super rich in the lategame, all of the following items are good on ET - Lotus Orb, Crimson Guard, Shiva's Guard, Assault Curiass, Kaya & Sange, Guardian Greaves & Aghanim's Scepter.

Hero counters:

Countered by: Not a lot of heroes counter ET. Heroes that can cancel his echo stomp from range are usually what you want to be careful around. The most obnoxious ET counter I can think of is Clockwerk, since battery assault completely screws you over, and he can easily hookshot you while you are channeling a stomp. Another painful counter is Lion, as he has a lot of ranged disables and can drain your mana. Shadow Shaman for the same reasons. Brewmaster is not often picked, but his Earth Panda has innate magic immunity, and his Wind panda can throw you in the air and keep you from doing anything in a fight. Invisible heroes like Riki, Nyx & Bounty Hunter can sneak up on ET and stop his casting. Bounty Hunter can also reveal ET's location with Track. Nyx has mana burn and spiked carapace, which can be very annoying. Playing against any of these heroes requires extra care in your positioning.
Counters: ET is the hardest Meepo counter in the game. His clones count as hero units, giving you ridonculous damage from Astral spirit, and stomping him completely screws over his ability to do anything. Morphling, Slark and Terrorblade all have a lot of agility and base armor from said agi. Natural Order removes all armor gained from agi and leaves these heroes extremely vurnerable to right-clicks. Viper relies on magic resistance and armor from agility. Any and all illusion heroes can also give ET extra damage from his spirit (illusions do not count has heroes, but give the same +dmg as creeps), and illusions can easily be killed with Earth Splitter. Phanton Lancer cannot stop ET from gaining bonus Spirit damage or casting his stomp, but can easily dodge it with his dopperganger ability.
Works well with: While Natural Order is good for every hero in the game, it is especially good together with heroes who deal both magical and physical damage like Ember Spirit, Luna, Kunkka or Shadow Fiend and can easily whipe a team when abilities are comboed. Heroes with skillshot abilities, like Mirana and Pudge can easily line up their abilities on slept targets. Other heroes that can hold enemies in place for a longer duration like Disruptor, Treant Protector, Puck or Underlord are great at helping ET land Stomp and Earth Splitter. Any hero that also amplifies damage through auras or abilities like Dazzle, Slardar, Luna or Vengeful Spirit work well with ET.

Closing notes: First of, thanks for reading my first Dota 2 hero guide! I'm by no means a pro (currently at 4.3k mmr) so I might have missed some things or made some errors in my guide. Feel free to point out anything you think should've been included. Feel free to post any questions aswell. Hope you enjoyed the guide and that I might've inspired you to try out Elder Titan!

2019.12.19 14:48 Neiru Guide to Elder Titan Support - 7.23e

2019.07.13 05:50 OldmanRevived i saw two movies (Stuber, Crawl)

first up was Stuber
it must be hard to work as a service driver. getting passengers to their destination is one thing, but dealing with them is another. it really does start to feel like a job once youÔÇÖre trapped with a lousy customer. like almost any modern business, employee performances are based solely on ratings.
in that case, ÔÇťStuberÔÇŁ is worthy of a two. it has scenes full of comic genius, followed by scenes that meander. there are comedies that modestly play things safe, and then there are ones that dumb things down to a basic level when the premise calls for more. it has the right cast and pacing, but could have used a few touch ups on the writing.
it follows Stu (Kumail Nanjiani), the meager employee of a local grocery store who takes a side gig with Uber to make an extra bit of cash. this prompts his boss, Richie (Jimmy Tatro), to give him an unwanted nickname (Stu-ber. get it?). StuÔÇÖs free time is eaten up by daily passengers, and all the while, heÔÇÖs forming a female spinning center with his friend Becca (Betty Gilpin), who has a topsy-turvy relationship with him. the guy has a lot on his plate, but heÔÇÖs able to brace through most of it.
the excitement of StuÔÇÖs life seems pale compared to Vic (Dave Bautista), an aggressive LAPD detective whoÔÇÖs always running on fumes. the movie opens with his backstory, which involves his former partner and a ruthless drug trafficker named Teijo (Iko Uwais). right on target, thereÔÇÖs a somber fate, and Vic lives on, never taking his mind off work or showing any emotion. the one source of happiness for him is his daughter, Nicole (Natalie Morales), who helps him with the mundane task of getting lasik for his poor eyesight. but remember, this is a universe where you can have impaired vision and still shoot guns accordingly. that element was only drawn into the plot as an easy way to force Mr. Magoo style slapstick, in which Bautista is constantly fumbling to the ground.
when the two team up, and the movie allows them enough time to grab at the material, they bring some genuine laughs. Nanjiani is playing a straight man that has some cleverness to him. heÔÇÖs shocked and surprised at the graphic fights and shootouts that commence in a dayÔÇÖs worth of mayhem, yet he also keeps the character contained and never takes it higher than it should go. Bautista has a machismo quality thatÔÇÖs expected in a gritty cop, but he finds the small moments to nudge in humorous dialogue.
i just wish that the movie gave them, and us, more than it really delivers. itÔÇÖs a standard cop procedural that only has the inclusion of Uber as its reason for being a comedy. if it took higher risks, and amounted to a slightly bigger status, i would give it more credit. itÔÇÖs sort of like the cab driver from ÔÇťDeadpool.ÔÇŁ heÔÇÖs funny in the little bits that we see him, and he makes sure to not cross any boundaries, but we wouldnÔÇÖt want to watch a whole movie centered around him.
ÔÇťStuberÔÇŁ is all warmed up, but doesnÔÇÖt have anywhere to go. Kumail Nanjiani and Dave Bautista have the duo part in check, but all other efforts came to a draw after that point. itÔÇÖs a movie that isnÔÇÖt crucial to existing, even though it could have been.

next up was Crawl
does the name Alexandre Aja ring a bell? he's the man who directed "Piranha 3D." you know, the movie that didn't really make people scared to go into the ocean is much as it did make them laugh at piranhas. that's what most recent sea-creature movies set out to do: have a touch of sensibility in the goofy subject and not take it seriously. how many "Sharknado" movies have been added to the list now? enough for people to get sick of them?
no matter. "Crawl" revives the passed subgenre of alligator movies. think back to such hits as "Lake Placid" and "Eaten Alive." it's about Haley (Kaya Scodelario), a swim team attendant in Florida who has practice on the worst day possible: a Category 5 hurricane is on a collision course, and Haley is advised by her sister to head out of state before it hits. she is concerned for her father Dave's (Barry Pepper) safety, as he is not answering his phone. against the safety advisement of state police, Haley navigates around evacuation routes to check in on Dave.
upon searching his house, Haley descends into the crawlspace underneath it, and discovers Dave unconscious and wounded. to make matters worse, her exit is blocked by large and ravenous alligators which Dave believes got into the house via a storm drain open to the crawlspace.
with the hurricane intensifying and the crawlspace beginning to flood, Haley attempts to navigate around the alligators before she and her father drown. this minimal setup gains impermeable suspense, delving into the "Jaws" technique of keeping the enemy hidden, reinforcing our elemental fear of them. Aja focuses on the action geographically, and we're strung through the clothesline of the plot in a natural way, slowly cornering into different sections of the basement or house, knowing at any moment the predators will try to catch a bite. it doesn't stoop low enough to be a "gotcha!" picture, where the only tactics used are loud thumps and noises. we feel right along with the characters being enclosed by striking place.
the characters are also written to be enjoyably dimensional. Haley is seen with multiple signs of self doubt and discouragement, but Dave always serves as her motivator. even during times of valiant struggles, he keeps her determined by giving more than just ordinary pep talks. the personalities are painted with great emotional strength, and we witness them grow and expand as the material plays out.
and let's just take a moment to talk about the hurricane. the one in this movie is past Katrina levels. if you want to escape your flooded house by way of boat, you might achieve small victory for a moment. but, before you realize it, a gust of wind will tower over and send the boat crashing though your kitchen window. and that lake next to the house? it's been inhabited by squandering gators this whole time. sorry you had to find out like this.
"Crawl" sets out to thrill, and while the material might not be at the highest level, it performs it's job with high maintenance and leering special effects that prove themselves worthy of a trip to the theater. the one thing you can be sure of is that piranhas aren't here to ruin it.

2019.05.03 12:38 Palidane7 The Good and the Bad of the New Ravnica Novel

The Ravnica novel has been out for about a week now, and the reviews aren't good. People have been posting excerpts here on /magictcg and the consensus is that it is rushed and poorly written. The vast majority of fans haven't read the novel, and will get their opinions of it from the posts here and on other sites. This is a problem, because this is the first Magic novel published in a decade, and Wizards will be paying very close attention to its reception, which will influence whether or not we see more of them. Put simply, there's a difference between something being rejected because of its flaws and being rejected because it was meme-ed to death the day after it came out.
As a Vorthos, I want to see more (and better) novels set in the Magic universe, which means I want to give Wizards as solid and concrete feedback as possible. I am absolutely part of the consensus that was very disappointed with Ravnica, but that doesn't mean it was worthless or that I didn't enjoy it. I want to give the book a fair hearing, but since itÔÇÖs such a mixed bag, I thought I would go through what I liked and what I didn't like. This is all my personal opinion, but maybe it will help you figure out whether or not the book is worth your money and time.
The Bad: The First Half
Most of what you've heard about the bad writing is true. There's no way to defend it, in the first half of the novel, I was highlighting sections that were [[Avacyn's Collar]]-tier. Indefensible, clunky exposition, everything feels stilted and forced, and there is no logical reason for anything that happens besides plot contrivance. There are good moments, which I will get too, but overall, the first half is some of the worst writing Magic has ever seen.
The Good: The Second Half
Once the God Eternals show up, however, Jace pulls everyone back and we get a group strategy session. They list six different goals that will have to be accomplished in order to save the day, and the break up the planeswalkers into teams to accomplish them. The second act doesn't start until halfway through, but from there, the narrative really finds its groove and improves tremendously. The plot picks up momentum and you are able to see the Gatewatch gradually gain the upper hand. After the halfway point, I stopped highlighting awful passages and started highlighting great ones. There are still bad moments, plenty of them, but I went from cringing at the book to legitimately enjoying it.
The Bad: The story beats from the cards are either absent or glossed over.
If you were looking at the cards, or the Story Scenes on the Wizards website, you might think that Feather arriving with the Parhelion II was a huge moment worthy of cheers. Yeah, no. We get one line mentioning the Parhelion II five minutes after Bolas touches down, and Feather isn't brought up at all. Did you want to see the moment that Nahiri and Sorin saw each other? You donÔÇÖt get it, they get seen from a distance in a single sentence, then apparently patch things up to cameo in the final battle. Greg Weisman did not feel obliged to tell the same story the game developers were trying to tell.
The Good: All the Guilds get some spotlight
Honestly, I was super worried the Planeswalker war would overshadow the native Ravnicans, but that is not the case at all. On multiple occasions, the action stops and wet get a rundown of where all the guilds are and what they are doing. They are all active and engaged participants, and Weisman captures their nuances and individual quirks very well. There is one scene I remember when Ral Zarek is trying to depower the beacon, which is guarded by Azorius soldiers and Izzet scientists. Ral is overcharging his battery and about to explode, and while the Azorius guards get nervous and take a step back, the Izzet guards smirk at them - and then eye each other nervously. It was only a single line, but it showed both the Izzet's comfort with dangerous and explosion-prone experiments and that Ral's actions were well beyond that comfort.
The Bad: But the spotlight is super watered down
Some of the guilds get more focus than others. The Izzet and the Rakdos are the big winners, in my eyes, with the Orzhov right behind them, but the Simic get the least focus, with the Golgari and the Selesnyans just above them. When Bolas strikes, the Simic, Boros, and Izzet immediately stand together against him. Because these three aren't causing problems, they don't need to be recruited, which means they get less screen time. However, Izzet Guildmaster Ral Zarek is a central character, and Guildmaster Aurelia gets a weird amount of focus, more so than most of the Planeswalkers. This means the poor Simic are mostly reduced to descriptions of their soldiers in battle. That's what they get for doing the right thing.
The Good: Jace is portrayed very well.
Jace's depiction in Dominaria was disastrous, and I was worried he would completely backslide from Ixalan. Thankfully, besides a single line of dialogue that irritated me, Jace in Ravnica is actually great. He refuses to play second fiddle to Gideon and really steps up as co-leader, behaving as a Guildpact should for the first time in his life. He wrestles with his affection for Liliana the whole book, but when the moment arrives, he joins an assassination team along with Jaya, Teferi, and Vivien Reid to take her down. He's not happy about it, but Jace honestly tries his best to kill her, and it is one of the best scenes in the entire book. I'm very happy with his portrayal here, and can't wait to see where he goes next.
The Bad: Vraska's portrayal is unbelievably bad.
Ok, I'm not sure how much of this is from the Wexler stories, so I won't blame Weisman exclusively for it, but Vraska's story is an abomination. Holy shit, unless I'm missing something, this is the single worst characterization I have seen in Magic lore. Vraska got her memories back, knew full well everything that was happening, and still petrified Isperia and allowed Bolas to take over. When the story begins, she is back on Ixalan partying with her pirate crew. Then she shows back up and decides to retake the Golgari throne and fight Bolas for 0 reason. Then her and Jace become an item. If the Magic writers have any sense, they will retcon the shit out of this and never, ever mention it again.
The Good: Teyo is pretty cool.
The new guy is a lot of fun! Teyo's power is strictly defensive, and the poor bastard gets thrown into the meat grinder immediately. But he really rises to the challenge and earns the respect of some veteran Planeswalkers. He even saves the day a few times, with a few clutch shields. There's a moment after Kaya swears her Gatewatch Oath that Teyo is tempted to step forward and swear his own. He is interrupted, but I really wanted him to do it. I want to see more Teyo, and if Gideon needs an heir, I can think of no finer candidate than Teyo Verada, Shieldmage of Gobakhan and Savior of the Guildpact!
The Bad: Rat is pretty much wasted.
Oof. Rat gets too much screen time and has too much relevance to the plot. She has this weird magic ability where people cannot perceive her and will walk right into her if she doesn't move. It's pretty strong, to the point that her own father can't see her unless he knows she's there, but there isn't really an explanation given for it, and we haven't really seen anything like it before. It winds up feeling like a huge distraction, which is a shame, because I think her portrayal could have been really thought-provoking if Weisman had tied it in with her Gateless identity. Tone down the magic and just say that in the City of Guilds, to be Gateless is to be invisible. She could have really represented the average citizen of Ravnica with just a few alterations, but instead, she is an unwelcome intruder into the narrative.
The Good: Dack Fayden's storyline is freaking awesome!
I don't know what to tell you, despite the million problems this book has, Dack Fayden's arc is incredible. I might change my mind on a reread, but off the top of my head, it's right up there with some of the best Magic writing we've ever had. Dack is a thief, not a warrior, but as the book progresses, we see him hero-up an inch at a time. In a fantastic sequence, him, Karn, Samut, and Ob Nixilis sneak through the Planar Portal to Amonkhet to jump Tezzeret and shut down the bridge. Once on the other side, Ob Nixilis planeswalks to safety immediately, and though Dack is tempted, he can't do it. He returns with the others, and then when the Immortal Sun is disabled, he refuses to give up the fight. In the flavor text for [[Pledge of Unity]], Gideon says "No one hero will save this day. Today we must all be heroes." If there is one thing Ravnica got right, it was that feeling, and no one embodied it better than the Greatest Thief in the Multiverse. I didn't know anything about Dack Fayden before this novel, but by the end, he was my favorite character in it.
The Bad: Weisman completely missed GideonÔÇÖs arc and personality.
This one hurts. You should know I am biased as hell, because Gideon is my favorite character, and I've been preparing to write a eulogy for him. But man, Weisman just did not understand the character at all. Gideon reads like a caricature of himself, a dumb meathead with a good heart and no common sense. Like Captain America written by someone who hated Captain America. The author forgets his relationship with Chandra, forgets his skepticism of Liliana, but weirdly makes him and Aurelia BFFs? His epic charge at Bolas is told from everyone's perspective but his own, and while his sacrifice is passable, his reunion in the afterlife makes no sense and is shockingly dissonant with who he is. For God's sake, his last thoughts are about how it doesn't matter whether his friends live or die because the hereafter isnÔÇÖt so bad. I'll leave it at that, before I go on a rant.
The Good: Weisman juggles all the Planeswalkers really well.
Weisman had 36 planeswalkers to juggle, and though he couldn't manage them all, I was very impressed by the results nonetheless. There were some losers: Narset, and Tibalt get only a single mention, and Ashiok doesn't even get that, but Weisman does an excellent job weaving the rest in and out of the narrative. I would search on my kindle for a character's name and find they were only mentioned four or five times, but the way Weisman spaces it out, I felt like they had a much larger presence in the story. Angrath gets some great moments, but so does Karn, Samut, Saheeli Rai, Vivien Reid, Teferi, the Wanderer...the list goes on. I've been hard on him, but it must be said: for someone brand new to the IP, he tackled one of the story's hardest aspects with aplomb.
The Bad: But he goes overboard sometimes.
The pressure to fit in enough references does become overbearing at times. It did not bother me outside a few moments, but in those moments, well... I'll just leave this here:
Then Teyo, Rat, Kaya, Vivien, Angrath, Saheeli, Niv-Mizzet, Teferi, Vraska, Jaya, Karn, Ral, Tomik, Lavinia, Ajani and Jace watched as Aurelia, Chandra and Nissa lovingly wrapped Gideon's armor in the leaves.
Yeah.
The Good: Ral gets a great storyline.
I really liked Ral. He spends the entire story in a tumultuous mix of emotions, including depression for enabling Bolas' takeover, anxiety over his partner Tomik, and fury at Vraska for betraying him. He comes off as very vulnerable and likeable; a man that fate has conspired to screw over and deny at every opportunity. But no matter how bleak it looks, he always pushes forward, and refuses to forsake his responsibility as Guildmaster. He adds a welcome personal touch to the struggle, and though his relationship with Tomik is only touched upon, it makes for one of the sweetest moments in the book. He also gets a badass moment or three: I'm not big on how Weisman handled scenes from the cards, but he absolutely nailed [[Bolt Bend]].
The Bad: Liliana's arc is really up and down.
I think Liliana spends most of the book standing in a single spot in the middle of the Guildpact's plaza. Her interactions with Jace and Gideon are pretty good, but her interactions with Bolas are dull and repetitive. For every good moment, there is an equally bad moment, and her amazing betrayal of Bolas comes off as more ambivalent than anything. I fear that when we next see her, Liliana will not have developed at all from who she was before the War of the Spark.
The Good: The Rebirth of Niv-Mizzet is epic.
This was a scene that could only be described as cinematic. Nissa Revane presides over a magic ritual that involves representatives from all 10 guilds, reshaping Ravnica's leylines to converge on the bones of Niv-Mizzet. We get lots of juicy tension from having all these people in one room, especially when some guilds are not contributing to the war effort. Eventually though, they settle down, and Nissa begans to attune herself to Ravnica. Light flows into the room, white, blue, black, red, and green, circling each of the representatives in a haunting moment of profound unity. And then freaking Kefnet shows up at the worst possible moment to ruin everything. It's a fantastic chapter that had me on the edge of my seat, and really encapsulated the themes of the War of the Spark.
The Bad: Nissa's arc is a dumpster fire.
Nissa stormed away from the Gatewatch on Dominaria, and in the first few chapters of Ravnica, we learn that Jace spent weeks hunting her down and days trying to reason with her, to no avail. It looks like she would be sitting this one out, but 30 minutes later, she's on Ravnica waking up Vitu-Ghazi and making Treebeard feel insecure. What changed her mind? Damned if I know. Weisman doesn't even pretend to give us a reason. Then towards the climax, Nissa repeats the oath she swore and joins back up, as if nothing happened. What Dominaria did to Jace, Ravnica did to Nissa, but unlike with Jace, this is not ignorable. Maybe if we're lucky, someone will actually call out Nissa for bailing in the sequel, but I doubt it. Another intriguing character moment thrown away to get everyone where they needed to be.
The Good: Weisman goes all in on the Lazav memes
The fandom makes jokes about everyone is secretly Lazav, but here, it's actually true. There are multiple moments where different characters all morph into Lazav, and every time it is sudden, unforeseeable, and hysterical. Some of them are epic and some of them are funny, but all three caught me off guard and provided some much needed levity. Hats off to Weisman, I hope other writers continue to embrace Lazav's flair for the dramatic.
The Bad: Nicol Bolas is the most horrible, cliche villain you will ever see.
I'll say at the top that I don't hold Weisman responsible for this. Nicol Bolas has always been threatening and has usually been fun, but he has never been interesting. He's an arrogant, narcisstic jackass that is incapable of speaking a sentence without belittling someone. What is the goal of his plan? Godlike power. What proves his undoing? His pride and the power of friendship. We've seen this a thousand times before. In fairness, Ugin actually gives a pretty satisfying summary of all his little mistakes in Ravnica's last chapter, but towards the end of the book, Bolas becomes totally insufferable. He starts using the royal "we" and SPEAKING IN ALL CAPS LIKE THIS, but it doesn't make me hate him, it just makes me hate the book. What makes it worse is that Bolas literally does not move from the book's opening chapter to its ending. He spends the whole book on his throne talking about how great he is, like a parody of final boss in a video game killing time before the hero shows up. I'm grateful he's still in the storyline, as I would love to see Jace drop by his prison to try and get info from him, but he was way too shallow to carry the villain load in a story of this size.
The Good: The Planeswalker-Ravnica divide is handled really well
MaRo has said the most of the sparks we see flying toward Bolas are all from generic, unnamed planeswalkers, and when I first heard that, I thought it sounded unbelievably lame. But Weisman actually does a wonderful job explaining it. They don't feel like nameless extras, characters are constantly pausing to notice the Eternals rip the life out of new arrivals. There is a great scene where an invisible Jace forces himself to watch, noting every victim as the Eternals rip out their souls. Weisman also gives us a very realistic dynamic between the native Ravnicans and the imprisoned Planeswalkers. In the big group-planning meeting, one of the Planeswalkers suggests hiding while Bolas destroys Ravnica and fleeing when he gets tired and disables the Immortal Sun to leave. That doesn't go over well, and Vorel of the Simic suggests rounding up all the Planeswalkers and delivering them to Bolas as a peace offering. Jace is able to smooth things over, but later, we get descriptions of them begrudgingly fighting beside one another. Because the Eternals only have to touch the Planeswalkers to kill them, the Planeswalker want to hang back and lob ranged attacks, leaving the Ravnicans to die on the front lines.
Except for Angrath. That crazy motherfucker charges in swinging his flaming chains like a bull in a lazotep shop! Weisman really lingers on this dynamic, and does a superb job depicting something that could have easily been passed over. It makes it all the more impactful when we see the Ravnicans and the Planeswalker fighting side by side in the assault on Bolas' Citadel.
The Bad: The timeline is unbelievably short.
The story begins with Teyo Verada getting lost in a sandstorm on his home plane and planeswalking to Ravnica. This is a line from the final chapter:
And then suddenly, it hit him like a diamondstorm that it had been less than a day since he'd left Gobakhan.
My reaction when I first read this line was loud, incredulous, and unkind, but thankfully, I did some more research before posting this. On Mark RosewaterÔÇÖs tumblr, he revealed that this was the creative teamÔÇÖs decision, not Greg WeismanÔÇÖs. This is an excellent example of why we need to be slow to assign blame to any particular party for problems in the story. But regardless, this decision is completely nonsensical. It is ridiculous to think that the entire War of the Spark could have been missed by a heavy sleeper who works the night shift. From the flavor text on the cards, it seems very clear that this is a war that is taking place over months, with battles ebbing and flowing through different neighborhoods. Why would you condense everything down into such an absurd time frame? The entire plot falls apart due to this one sentence. What, did Kaya and Ral hit up six different guild headquarters, that are on completely opposite sides of a war-torn city, in as many hours? All 10 guilds mobilized and deployed within a handful of hours? What, was Nicol Bolas ascension to godhood just another rowdy afternoon on Ravnica? I canÔÇÖt imagine how anyone could justify or defend this decision.
In the end, I felt the book was below average, but not horrible. I wrote a review of all the Magic Story arcs since Zendikar, and I'd put this below all of them except Dominaria. Even when I was rolling my eyes, I was still engaged with the book and eager to see what would come next. I donÔÇÖt regret reading it, and though I wouldn't pay $15 for it, I would have paid $5. There is a lot of good stuff in here, and most of the rest is passable. I hope Greg Weisman takes this opportunity to regroup and build on the success of this novel in the sequel, while hopefully avoiding the major pitfalls. I feel like Wizards can't improve their storytelling unless we first give them the chance to improve, and part of that is giving constructive feedback.
As for you, I hope this post gave you a better sense of the book's strength and weaknesses, whether or not you would like it, and what it might mean for the trajectory of the Magic story. Everything I have written is extremely subjective, so I will be happy to answer questions or read alternative opinions from the rest of the community.

2019.03.11 05:39 JayBeeSebastian What do you think about Yellowdot Transport Terminal INC?

FB: @yellowdottransportterminalinc
W: https://yellowdottransportterminalinc.com
Additional reference: https://www.sunstar.com.ph/article/1771458

My friend is considering investing in this company. Here's what I've gathered so far:

As in investor, you can purchase a millennial jeepney costing 1.950M. DP is P250k, and you will have to wait 6-8 months for the jeep to be assembled before it can be operational. The company will manage the operations (assign pilot,co-pilot, dispatcher, provide terminal, security, and basic maintenance). You will have to pay P30k/month installment for the jeep (loan, via bank or in-house financing). Estimated monthly net will be P56k. Service and labor will be done by the company, but replacement for broken parts shall be borne by the investor.

Estimated monthly gross is around P240k, operating 24 days/month and around 5 trips/day. I assume the fare will depend on the route. The jeep is airconditioned with Wifi. Based on friends who are UV express patrons, they pay P35 to P65 fare on UV trips, so I deduce that P240k/month gross si doable.

How does it sound?

EDIT: I have updated the post with the exact amount nung jeep.
Fresh details below from their customer service via FB messenger inquiries:

2018.08.26 07:41 KuroKitten [Duel] Aminatou, the Fateshifter Brew - Thoughts?

Update (2018/09/21): Thanks to some great advice from many who commented, and some playtesting with an alternative non-combo brew, I've decided that this build isn't optimal for a 1v1 Duel CommandeFrench EDH environment. I've also come to realize that certain ways of comboing with two cards don't work as expected, making it even harder to pull off.
I'll leave everything below for posterity's sake (with a minor correction about that combo), but if you're interested in optimizing Aminatou like I am, I would instead look more towards a traditional control strategy where you use her -1 ability to break certain already great cards like Planeswalkers, Palace Jailer, Parallax Wave, and so on to generate value. I'll eventually make a follow up post when I test that build more, and update this post with a link.
___________________________________________________________________________________________________________

When I first saw Aminatou, the Fateshifter, not only did I love her flavor and quirky ability set, I also thought there might be some serious potential to brew a top tier Duel/French Commander deck with her. So, I wanted to give it a shot and see how far I could take her. I'm curious to know what others think, and especially interested in discussion around the following topics:
So, without further adieu, let's get in to Aminatou!

General Gameplan

Here's the Decklist - Everything in the sideboard is a strong contender for inclusion; everything in the maybe board is probably not good enough, but there for consideration anyway.
The basic idea of the deck is to utilize both the first and second abilities of Aminatou to control the game until you can secure a win condition. The deck relies on four main win conditions in decreasing order of quality:
  1. Felidar Guardian, Aminatou/Restoration Angel/Animate Dead/Dance of the Dead/Parallax Wave, and Altar of the Brood/Genesis Chamber for an infinite flicker combo. Edit: I don't believe the two reanimate enchantments work like I thought. See mistakai**'s reply** here.
  2. Felidar Guardian, Aminatou, and Oath of Teferi to infinitely flicker some fourth target, abusing infinite activations of planeswalkers/ETB effects until you can win the game somehow.
  3. Equip an evasive creature with Umezawa's Jitte/Sword of Feast and Famine and swing.
  4. Activate Aminatou's third ability, and use cards like Teferi's Protection (lul), Gilded Drake, Parallax Wave, Kaya, Ghost Assassin, and others to keep/get your permanents back.
Unfortunately, Felidar Guardian is the linchpin to options 1 or 2, and losing him is a big blow to the efficacy of the deck. The deck runs some reanimation (which thankfully contributes to the combo) for situations where Felidar Guardian is countered, discarded, or killed; however, an exiled Felidar is gone for good. This means it's best to either play Felidar the same turn you're going to combo, or if you cast the combo over multiple turns, cast him as the final piece.
If, however, you do lose Felidar Guardian, then you've no choice but to play a standard control game and win through either option 3 or 4 - neither of which are bad, but both of which are slower, and easier to deal with. Luckily, abusing Aminatou's second ability can lead to some pretty powerful effects (especially with other planeswalkers), and she's immune to most board wipes - so playing a strong control game and winning by option 3 or 4 isn't out of the question.
When mulliganing, you should be looking for combo pieces in your opening hand. Combos are your primary way of winning, so opening hands with none - or, at least, no methods of searching for them - are generally weak. Second best hands are those with counter magic and card draw. Counter magic can buy time, and allows Aminatou to hit safely, while most of the card draw synergizes with her first ability to aggressively dig for important combo pieces or search spells.

Notable Card Choices

For the most part, this deck is a very standard Esper Control Goodstuff deck. If you've looked at any of the top Partner archetypes that share colors with Aminatou, you'll see a lot of familiar faces: All of the one mana draw spells, the 4 best discard spells, 10+ counterspells, 4-ish board wipes, and a top 30 list of dual lands. Those cards show up in top lists for a reason, and all of those reasons still apply to Aminatou; however, there are a few card choices which synergize more directly with our specific game plan:
Oath of Teferi - This obviously functions nicely with our Commander, mostly by letting us bounce and draw in the same turn; however, the real strength of this card is with Felidar Guardian on the field, letting us -1 to flicker one permanent first, and then -1 to flicker Felidar, who then flickers and resets Aminatou. Rinse & Repeat. This is clunkier than the main artifact combo, but it serves as an effective backup plan if you can't get either of the artifacts for some reason, and can still be searched for by Enlightened Tutor. The following targets essentially win you the game when flickered infinitely: Baleful Strix, Vendilion Clique, Jace, the Mind Sculptor, Teferi, Hero of Dominaria, and Zhalfirin Void all draw/search your deck for anything; Teferi and Liliana of the Veil shutdown your opponent's board until you can find a way win; and Kaya, Ghost Assassin full stop wins the game.
Genesis Chamber - This is weaker than Altar of the Brood, and you should always prefer Atlar over this card; however, having two combo cards lets you better utilize Intuition, and provides a backup plan for decks with cards that prevent/avoid/abuse decking. It's also relatively cheap to cast, and can still be found by Enlightened Tutor.
Muddle the Mixture - Counter magic at two is great, and this hits some very important cards in the deck: Genesis Chamber, Animate Dead/Dance of the Dead, Balance, Jitte/Stoneforge, and Gilded Drake. To find literally anything else in your deck, grab Demonic Tutor/Tainted Pact.
Reveillark - I'm undecided on whether this makes the cut or not, but it does reanimate Felidar if needed, allows you to recur certain strong ETB creatures, and is a strong equip target.
Spellseeker - This is really strong when activated multiple times with Aminatou, and also hits some important cards: Enlightened Tutor, Demonic Tutor/Tainted Pact, Balance, and Reanimate.
Parallax Wave - Already a great card that gets even greater when you can constantly reset it. Not only does it contribute to the combo, but you can also lock down four enemy creatures each turn, changing them around if higher-threat targets hit the board later; just be careful to avoid or manage enemy targets which benefit from being flickered. If needed, you can also use it on your own creatures to flicker multiple targets with a single -1 activation, or to return your creatures after an activation of Aminatou's third ability.
Intuition - As I'll get into shortly, Intuition is an extremely powerful search spell which, when played correctly, can almost always find the exact combo pieces you're missing.

Intuition Searches

Speaking of Intuition, this is one of the stronger search spells in the deck - arguably better than Demonic Tutor. It can be played EoT on your opponent's turn when you have enough mana to combo immediately after. This allows you to leave mana open for countermagic, and if none is needed, will often lead to surprise "So, I win?" moments.
While the combos themselves always require more than two cards, each combo essentially has two halves: an infinite flicker effect, and some way of abusing infinite flickers to generate advantage. When using Intuition, you should ask yourself which half you already have, and which three cards can guarantee you get the other half. Below are all of the search combinations I know of to get either half of the combo. If I've missed any, let me know and I'll update the list.
Need a Flicker Wincon
Need an Infinite Flicker
Edit: I don't believe the two reanimate enchantments work like I thought. See mistakai**'s reply** here.

Closing Thoughts

In the end, as someone who doesn't usually enjoy brewing decks, I have to admit this has been a fun project. She's a really fun control/combo commander to play with, and I feel like I arrived at something at least in the general neighborhood of her "optimal build". That said, I still have a few questions about exactly which cards to include in the mainboard, especially when it comes to those listed in the Sideboard.
What do you think?

Chapter I Chapter II Chapter III

relationships. theyÔÇÖre a thing.

Malcom eyed over the building as they arrived. Kaya put the vehicle in park and looked over to him. ÔÇťLong drive,ÔÇŁ she stated emotionlessly.
ÔÇťYeah, it was,ÔÇŁ Malcom agrees with a shrug. He opens the passenger door and steps out of the vehicle, memories flooding his brain. AryaÔÇÖs Arcane Assemblage. How long had it been since him and Agustus had originally visited this place? Three years, at least. It feltÔÇŽ weird, coming back here without AgustusÔÇÖ company. He couldnÔÇÖt help but feel sad, like he had for a week now. He missed the old man, despite his lies.
ÔÇťGo in,ÔÇŁ Kaya tells him. ÔÇťItÔÇÖs okay, IÔÇÖm right behind you.ÔÇŁ
As the son of Hades opened the creaky door, the eerie setting felt just as it did before. The interior had a quaint atmosphere and for the most part wasnÔÇÖt in very good condition. The colors of all of the decorations seemedÔÇŽ magical- like a true witchÔÇÖs house. Looking towards the back glass door, he saw a tiny yard with many herbs and various plants growing in abundance. He saw spirits outside and heard the voices of the dead throughout the air.
Despite the paranormal and supernatural setting, Malcom didnÔÇÖt feel uneasy. The dead is his own domain, and heÔÇÖs seen things much more odd than weird decorations and potion ingredients.
ÔÇťMalc, she said in the back. Come on.ÔÇŁ Kaya nudges him as she walks past, into the back room.
Malcom breathes in for a bit, hesitating to walk with her. He found it weird; an old childhood girl that he didnÔÇÖt exactly like before is now his travelling partner- and he did like her now. He shook his head, realizing it was creepy to just look at her from behind. ÔÇťRight, right.ÔÇŁ Malcom walks to the back as well, finding Kaya digging through a mountain of her older sisterÔÇÖs belongings.
ÔÇťAh,ÔÇŁ Kaya states, pulling a small box out of the pile. ÔÇťYou think this is it?ÔÇŁ
Malcom eyes the box over. It looked creepy and like it belonged to the dead, or at least somebody affiliated with them. ÔÇťIf thereÔÇÖs anything in this building thatÔÇÖs supposed to be given to me, I would guess thatÔÇÖs it.ÔÇŁ
Kaya walks over to Malcom and hands him the box, then leans against the wall. SheÔÇÖs interested to see the contents, so she sticks close beside him, waiting for the grand opening.
As Malcom opens the box, he coughs a little from the large amount of dust that came out of it. ÔÇťJeezeÔÇŽ this must have been here forever.ÔÇŁ He squints to see the inside of it, but there wasnÔÇÖt anything except for a black ring. It seemed to be made of stone, or some rough black material, with a large gem on top. The gem was also black in color, but it had a feint glow of purple to itÔÇÖs presence. ÔÇťAÔÇŽ ring?ÔÇŁ Malcom wonders out loud.
ÔÇťPut it on?ÔÇŁ Kaya offers. ÔÇťMaybe itÔÇÖs special or something.ÔÇŁ
Malcom shrugs. She was probably right, itÔÇÖs not like Arya would have sent them all of this way just for a ring in a box that look like it came from hot topic. Or a voodoo village.
The boy slips the ring onto his left middle finger. He was left handed, so wanted to wear whatever odd jewelry he found on it, but didnÔÇÖt want to appear married, so figured it was the best place to wear it. The ring feltÔÇŽ alive. Or dead- almost both? Not that it was physically moving or anything, but something about it was definitely off.
ÔÇťWell?ÔÇŁ Kaya asks, looking at Malcom.
He looks back at her, and shrugs yet again. ÔÇťI donÔÇÖt know. Just seems like a weird ring.ÔÇŁ
ÔÇťHuhÔÇŽ weird. Hey, can I ask you something?ÔÇŁ Kaya asks, deciding to change the topic. She had lost her interest in the ring after it seemingly wasnÔÇÖt anything special.
ÔÇťUh, yeah, sure?ÔÇŁ Malcom offers. He wasnÔÇÖt exactly sure what her questions would involve. After all, this girl was pretty weird. Not in a bad way, but definitely not like most girls he had met before.
ÔÇťDo you like me?ÔÇŁ
Malcom pauses, looking down at the ring instead of making eye contact. DonÔÇÖt fuck this up, he tells himself. ÔÇťYeah yeah, I like you.ÔÇŁ
ÔÇťLikeÔÇŽ as a friend?ÔÇŁ
DonÔÇÖt. Fuck. This. Up. ÔÇťYeah, I would consider you a friend. I meanÔÇŽ I donÔÇÖt really have many, but yeah, youÔÇÖre one of them.ÔÇŁ Malcom wonders if thatÔÇÖs weird. They did spend a bit of time together years ago, but definitely didnÔÇÖt get along then. And they had only been travelling a week together presently, so itÔÇÖs not like she knows everything about him. RegardlessÔÇŽ he felt some sort of connection with her. TheyÔÇÖre at least friends.
ÔÇťOh, cool.ÔÇŁ Kaya replies simply with a shrug.
Malcom begins rubbing the side of the ring in nervousness. He didnÔÇÖt really like thinking about relationships these days. The minute chance he had with them at camp was ripped away from him after he single-handedly ruined them all. His life was nothing but sad right now, but at least Kaya was there to be sad with him. ÔÇťUh, what about you? Do you like me as a friend?ÔÇŁ
ÔÇťYeah,ÔÇŁ Kaya replies. ÔÇťIÔÇÖm the same way, I donÔÇÖt haveÔÇŽ any friends. Except you, at least; I think weÔÇÖre friends. I like you.ÔÇŁ
ÔÇťAnd uh, nothing more?ÔÇŁ The boy asks- both hopeful and worrysome.
ÔÇťI mean I uhÔÇŽ I never thought of it that wayÔÇŽÔÇŁ Kaya lies, not sure how to reply.
ÔÇťRight, ri-ÔÇť Malcom starts. Though he wouldnÔÇÖt finish his awkward reply.
As he twisted the ring upside down on his finger, it revealed that it was something special- that their trip wasnÔÇÖt wasted on a piece of old jewelry.
MalcomÔÇÖs face transformed into one of shock as a sword somehow grew full length into his hand. The ring had disappeared and a weapon had taken its place. Malcom raised his eyebrows and focused in on the dark blade. It had a feint purple glow, just as the gem on the ring did- down the middle was an engraving that he couldnÔÇÖt quite make out; and it seemed to be in some ancient language. The black gem on the hilt was a replica of the ringÔÇÖs- no, it was the exact same one. ÔÇťWhat the fuckÔÇŽ?ÔÇŁ Malcom mumbled.
ÔÇťThatÔÇÖs why it was for you. Some sort of special weaponÔÇŽÔÇŁ Kaya explained, mostly to herself.
Malcom eyed the blade over, rotating it with his hand. It felt just as aliveÔÇŽ or dead as the ring did. The black metal seemed sturdy enough, but he couldnÔÇÖt make out the material. It wasnÔÇÖt celestial bronzeÔÇŽ He ran his finger on the edge, feeling just how sharp it was. Then he remembered his experience at camp, the combat lesson over weapons. There was only one material this deathly sword could be made of- and he remembered specific words the old Ares counselor told him. The metal can drain demigods ofÔÇŽ life. Malcom removed his finger from the stygian iron blade.
As he ran his opposite hand over the hilt, he touched the gem on the end. The blade returned to its ring form, finding itself back on his left middle finger. ÔÇťHuhÔÇŽÔÇŁ He mumbled.
ÔÇťWell, thatÔÇÖs that,ÔÇŁ Kaya mutters. ÔÇťWe got what we came here for. Can we leave now? WeÔÇÖre supposed to be travelling, ya know, nomad shit. I donÔÇÖt want to spend any more time in my old house than I have to.ÔÇŁ
ÔÇťRight, rightÔÇŽÔÇŁ Malcom mutters, bringing himself back to reality.
ÔÇťDo you even know how to use one of those?ÔÇŁ Kaya asks as she brushes past him.
Malcom follows her out. Did he? ÔÇťKind of?ÔÇŁ He starts. ÔÇťI mean I trained a little at camp. IÔÇÖm not an expert or anything, but I guess?ÔÇŁ It was about as true as the explanation could be. He wasnÔÇÖt a large and strong warrior like some of the demigods heÔÇÖs seen. But over the many months of training, he had gained a much leaner form. By no means had he mastered the art of the sword yet, but he at least knows how to slice, stab, and parry. If anything, this will just give him more to work on himself. As if there wasnÔÇÖt enoughÔÇŽ
ÔÇťWell, at least you could like, help us not die now.ÔÇŁ Kaya shrugs, stepping into the truck. As Malcom sits in the passenger seat, she looks at him and offers a slight smile. Though their come-to-terms conversation about their feelings had been interrupted, at least she was able to somewhat talk about it. At least he liked her as a friend.
ÔÇťI mean, I could have done that before, ya know?ÔÇŁ Malcom replies. ÔÇťI have powers. TheyÔÇÖre probably more helpful than using a swordÔÇŽ but at least the sword wonÔÇÖt make me pass out.ÔÇŁ
Without another word, the two were off. Off to travel again, off to be nomads. Where would they go? Not even they know. North, South, East, WestÔÇŽ they had no direction. Just some stolen cash, an old truck, and each other.

2018.02.19 23:38 badgerdota2 Badger EST-Sun Mid Season Review

Decided to make my own midseason rankings to hold EST-Sun over until the Week 5 PPP comes out. I ranked every team from top to bottom in order of how well I think they are going to end up at the end of the season. Teams will be ordered within the tiers they are in, with differences in tiers representing a perceived gap on my part. Going to also articulate some thoughts on each of the individual teams I am ranking. Enjoy.
Lycan Tier:
1st. Enigma Stole Our Bikes (Riles, 7-1): We currently have the best record in the league and I have high confidence in our team going forward. Riles is one of the best players in all of the RD2L but in context of EST-Sun I'm confident in putting him as the best player in the division. I am also of the opinion that we are getting more value than expected out of a lot of our players, such as our end of 2nd round offlaner Watz who has been putting in solid performances as well as our 5th pick HEFFDAWGZ, who has played three of the games we have been in and put in solid contributions at carry to result in wins for all three of those games. Speaking of Heffdawgz, somebody please draft him next season to play carry for your team if you need one around the third round instead of leaving him to us as the last pick in the fifth. Unless our team implodes we will be a playoff lock and we have a good chance to not only finish the season 15-1 but also have a chance against even the Monday teams despite being at a disadvantage on paper.
2nd. Nuttybuttys 2.0 (Nuttypizza, 6-2): This team has another one of the best players in the division in Dark - middle lane player of last season's 16-0 The Friend Forgery and only current member of the legendary Dark/Hitagi/Jakou trio to be doing extremely well this season. Outside of Dark they have a solid cast at the other roles with players such as GG Mode and Wise, and their team as a whole seems to be willing to play within a system for the win. This team still has a lot of question marks when it comes to their viability against EST-Mon caliber teams but when it comes to this division I think they will easily make playoffs with around a 12-4 or so record.
Terrorblade Tier:
3rd. Finding Shea Dr. (Yak, 6-2): This is a team that lives and dies on the performance of their offlaner, Shea, who is the strongest candidate for best offlaner in the division. One of the main reasons I have them a tier below is simply confidence in their ability to perform, they have a high potential to finish the season as a playoff-bound team but they need to grow in multiple ways if they want to be a truly successful team - that being in terms of communication as well as on the individual level of players such as Yak. If they can do this they will easily lock in a playoff spot as well as have the potential to compete against Monday teams. On a side note, I think they are the only other team other than the two above that have a potential chance against the Monday teams.
4th. cosmiK's Dad is 4K (TheOctane, 5-3): Their 0-2 loss this week is not that big of a deal considering they both played against Enigma Stole Our Bikes and were missing their captain Octane. Their support player Noah has hit Divine and has been putting in great performances nearly every game on strong 4 heroes, notably Naga Siren. Their mid player Cosmik is one of the more promising mid players in the division, being Divine and an extremely young player, but he has not developed enough yet to say I have confidence in him bringing it to the Monday teams. Payday has been solid at carry as well, but he also needs to work on his consistency. I have little doubt in Octane leading this team to the playoffs but I think that will be the end of the road for them. If they will go any further they will need both individual players exceeding expectations and great drafts from Octane.
5th. No Sana No Life (Shmeezzy, 5-1): Solid overall team that is led by my pick for best carry in the division in Skkip. Outside of Skkip they have solid overall players in the likes of Treat Yo Self and D00. Despite having the "second best" record, I am reluctant to put them any higher due to their strength of schedule, as outside of their 1 win against Finding Shea Dr. yesterday, they did not get the hardest wins. This next week will be huge in determining how well this team is going to do for the rest of the season, as they are playing division leaders Enigma Stole Our Bikes. If they take a game, I would put them as playoff locks, and even if they lose 2-0 this is certainly a team that can go to the playoffs. Looking forward to playing these guys and seeing how their season progresses.
6th. The Wisp Who Shagged Me (Vynil, 6-2): This is the team with the other candidate for best carry in the division and first overall pick in the EST-Sun draft, Melliflox. I think they are a slight bit worse than the above listed team as they have dropped games to both The Boys (DongerClose, 4-4) and Big Mike Mercy (Zipper, 3-5), but this is still a team that has the potential to go to the playoffs. If they win 2-0 over Finding Shea Dr. this week then this team is a playoff lock.
Sven Tier:
7th. Geographically Challenged (Mikel, 5-3): I have these guys above the rest of the teams within this tier because of one man, that that is European overlord and former European division champion Mikel. This is a top 3 middle laner in the division with Riles and Dark and he gives his team the X Factor to have the potential to succeed. However, this is a team that has three 1-1 series and a forfeit win. That said, their losses have been against some of the stronger teams in the division in Nuttybuttys 2.0, Why Are They Here Again (Web of Fries, 5-3), and The Boys. But, if this team wants to be considered one of the absolute top teams in the division, they are going to need to stop dropping these games. This is a team that can go to playoffs, especially if Loves can go from being a hit-or-miss player to just a hit player.
8th. Weird Drafts Incoming (Zamolxes, 5-3): This is one of two teams in the division to take a game from Enigma Stole Our Bikes and the only one to do it in official series. Zamolxes is a strong captain and drafter and is willing to pick heroes that brand his reputation as "cancerous" or "braindead" in order to win. Dergo and Vvodle are both strong individual players that make up one of the better trilanes in the division, and TrojanHorse and Mertank have both exceeded expectations as well. I probably should have rated this team a little bit higher but their losses to both Anthony Fantano Here (Huncho Jack/Xccepted, 5-3) and Why Are They Here Again show that they currently cannot be considered above this tier. That said, I would not be surprised to see this team finishing around 10-6 and making the playoffs, and I think they have a solid shot at being able to achieve that.
9th. Do You Know Da Way (Ricers, 5-3) This isn't a team I follow very closely, but they have strong individual players in et, boog, and Ricers and considering my fellow BRR partner Redondo regards them very highly, I have placed them at this spot. They have an important series this week up against Geographically Challenged and their big question is going to be in how they address Mikel in the midlane.
10th. Why Are They Here Again (Web of Fries, 5-3): In Y-O-D-A and Web of Fries this team has a solid 1-2 combination and this team has other decent players at the 3-5 such as Skarfaze. Their loss in Week 1 to Unnamed Team (Sonny, disband) really hurts their record, as one win can mean the difference between playoffs and not. Their opponent next week is The Boys, and while I think they might be better than The Boys, they will come hungry for a win and as a result should not be taking this series lightly.
11th. The Boys (DongerClose, 4-4): The self-proclaimed best team in the division has been a bit disappointing this season, drawing 1-1 in all four of their series. That said, I still have faith in this team due to a strong trio of players in DongerClose, Zypher, and Niffum. Speaking of the latter player, Niffum, he is both a blessing and a curse. When on point, this is a player that has the potential to hang with the best in the division, but he seems to lack the consistency to do this every single game. Perhaps this is why this team has gone 1-1 in every single one of their series, it's a bit hard to tell. They need a 2-0 against Web of Fries this week if they are going to start righting the ship if they want a shot at playoffs.
12th. Anthony Fantano Here (Huncho Jack/Xccepted, 5-3): This is a team that has been on the decline, going from 4-0 to 5-3. That said, Alpaca is a top 3 offlaner in the division and Seevil has been outperforming expectations in the middle lane. However, the main reason they are at 12th rather than 9th or 10th is that their opponent next week is a very tough opponent in TheOctane. If they can draw 1-1, let alone get the 2-0 win, this team still has a shot at playoffs.
Troll Warlord Tier:
13th. Waifu Hunters (Velvet/Minah, 4-4): A bit of a shock considering this team has Minah, Subject, and players that are an upward trajectory such as Yerbad. They need to put it together in a key series against the Gucci Gang (We, 4-4) next week, as both are 4-4 and need the win to get to 6-4 and have a chance at playoffs.
14th. Gucci Gang (We/Yo Soy Carry, 4-4): Their team name bothers me immensely. Here it is, unedited: gucci gang gucci gang gucci gang gucci gang gucci gang gucci gang gucci gang gucci gang gucci gang gucci gang gucci gang gucci gang gucci gang gucci gang gucci gang gucci gang gucci gang gucci gang gucci gang. That is quite long. The loss of their first round pick in Rice Boi/Mode Techies has hurt this team but there still is a chance to turn it around. Killerkarate and P0nd are players I've heard praise about as underrated players and they are going to need to play well and run a well executed set of drafts against Waifu Hunters or they will run into some Minah problems. That said, I think this team is the last team that has a realistic chance of making playoffs, as the below teams are 3-5 or worse and would need to win either all but one or all of their games to even have a chance at playoffs, which would lose in a tiebreaker due to strength of schedule.
15th. Low Expectations (Vanilla Acoustic/Airborneman, 3-5): Perhaps the name is appropriate for this team, as with low expectations being in the middle of the pack is not a disappointment. That said, this team has some decent pieces in the likes of Grand Hosmerim and Cloudy and they actually are the only other Sunday team that's taken a game from us in any fashion, so that certainly helped boost my opinion of them as a team.
16th. Unnamed Team (Jakou, 3-5): The decline of Jakou was both swift and tragic - from 16-0 and making it to the semifinals to now being on a team that is 3-5 and dropped a game yesterday to Unnamed Team (NuSolitude, 2-6). First pick Patience is a solid player, but it left this team lacking at the core positions. Jakou is one of the more eccentric drafters in the division which has both won him games with the likes of Nyx Middle and Abaddon Carry but has lost him games with Riki Carry and Undying Offlane. This team probably should have won the previous series 2-0, putting them at a 4-4 record, at which making playoffs is far more likely. However, that loss turned an uphill climb that is making playoffs into a far steeper one that I think this team will not be able to overcome.
17th. Teamwipe (Arty Boy, 3-5): This team started off the season with a lot of attention considering they played a 153 minute game against Anthony Fantano Here to open their season. They proceeded to lose that game, and the series 0-2, half of their games since that series. This team does have Hitagi at the carry but that is not enough to save this team. They do have an easier opponent next week in Unnamed Team (NuSolitude, 2-6) that should help boost morale if they can win it.
18th. Tier 999 (Silou, 3-5): This is a team that has started to turn their fates around, starting the season 0-4 with losses to the likes of division heavyweights Nuttybuttys 2.0, but has since won 3 of their last 4. This is a team on an upward trajectory but the real substance of this team will be tested now that they are going to run into more difficult teams.
Antimage Tier:
19th. Big Mike Mercy (ZphyZipper, 3-5): The most notable accomplishment for this team have been taking a game from The Wisp Who Shagged Me. That said they have not won a single series, having three draws and a 0-2 loss to The Boys. Rough season so far for them, but at this point they should be able to aim for a full 2-0 series win.
20th. 4 Players and a Feeder (Autoattacks, 3-5): "This team is a sleeper pick for playoffs" - Badger, about 10 days ago. At the time this team was 3-1 and were about to play an Enigma Stole Our Bikes missing their best player, Riles. I was very wrong. They lost hard enough to Badger middle that their middle lane player, Dr Zoidberg, mistook me for Riles and rage quit the entire league. This team was also at an immediate disadvantage given they lost their initial captain, HydroSK, and had to have Autoattacks step into the captain role. This team does have some good players, with Autoattacks being a great player and one of the best offlaners in the division, and Sparki and NuggetNick playing decent levels of Dota as well. That said, this doesn't change that this team has freefallen from 3-1 to 3-5, and likely are not going to turn around their current fate.
21st. Draft Stank (Goahitle, 3-5): Other than the Rice Boy standing in situation that resulted in these guys forfeiting a series due to an illegal standin, this team has not been involved in too many notable series. Goahitle is a solid player but this team has not been spectacular, having been involved in a forfeit loss due to not showing up week one and another forfeit loss at admin decision. These incidents may mean that I am underrating this team, but at 3-5 there isn't very much to do anymore.
22nd. Kaya Boys (Iceyeti, 3-5): On paper this team should have been solid. With names such as Iceyeti, JTK, and Jbay, there was a good bit of hype going for this team. In other good news about this team, they tripled their number of wins last week. However, this team is incoherent and almost got stuck in the metaphorical dumpster, however, they used a ladder of Kayas and Dagons to escape said dumpster and land into the status of mediocrity.
23rd. Pizza Nation (Kyrox, 3-5): The last of the 3-5 teams and the end of the tier, this team started off with a 0-2 loss to Nuttybutty's 2.0. They have since drew every series against average to below-average competition. Not a terrible team, but certainly not great either.
Phantom Assassin Tier:
24th. Unnamed Team (NuSolitude, 2-6): Sorry Redondo, but welcome to the dumpster, population three alive teams and the corpse of one that already disbanded. This team has a solid 3-5 but not a solid enough 3-5 to save this team from its current fate. They did, however, manage to take a game from Jakou yesterday, so that is at least one accomplishment to their name.
25th. 420 Gucci Gang (LTH, 1-7): This team was already below average at 1-5 before forfeiting this week. There was a good bit of hype surrounding this team considering they got a Divine 5 player in Sold Coke to a Pregnant Girl at 22nd pick. However, they have since failed to deliver as a team and given the forfeit loss this week there is a chance this team ends up disbanding.
26th. Don't Cramp My Style (Malakai, 1-7): This team is a drama filled nightmare that is delivering on less than the sum of its parts. The 1-1 draw against NuSolitude should have been a wake up call but considering they have since lost 0-2 to Kaya Boys this team is having some problems. My hope is that they do not disband, and at this point, that is close to the best they can achieve.
27th. Unnamed Team (Sonny, Disband) The only good thing about this team is that they disbanded early enough to free players like Rubity and Ok to other teams. Otherwise, never good to see disbands and this team is the only one that can be considered worse than a disappointment, because they were not even a team past Week One.
If you ended up reading any parts or all of the way to the conclusion, then thank you for reading. Shoutouts to my team, Enigma Stole Our Bikes, with Riles, Watz, brownNinja, Coop, and Heffdawgz, Thanks to Redondo, who makes the PPPs and is my usual cohost on the BRR, which should have episode 5 live on www.twitch.tv/badgerpablo at 8PM EST on Thursday the 22nd of February featuring special guest Jakou. If you can't catch it live I will post the youtube video of it to the subreddit and to the EST Sun discord later that night. And finally, I want to point out comedic sub Yak Circlejerk that the resident memers in the EST Sunday Discord would get mad at me about if I didn't acknowledge.

Puke lang hanap ng kaibigan mo. Napaka immature. He doesn't respect her as a person, puke lang talaga habol niya.

Mushishi Volume 10

Úł┤Ńü«ÚŤź Bell Droplets
Story Summary To be chosen is both an honour and a burden. Young Kaya was born with the sign of a mountain lord but her connection to her family is a bond that is perhaps too strong?
Synopsis "Mushi": the most basic forms of life in the world. They exist without any goals or purposes aside from simply "being." They are beyond the shackles of the words "good" and "evil." Mushi can exist in countless forms and are capable of mimicking things from the natural world such as plants, diseases, and even phenomena like rainbows. This is, however, just a vague definition of these entities that inhabit the vibrant world of Mushishi, as to even call them a form of life would be an oversimplification. Detailed information on Mushi is scarce because the majority of humans are unaware of their existence. So what are Mushi and why do they exist? This is the question that a "Mushi-shi," Ginko, ponders constantly. Mushi-shi are those who research Mushi in hopes of understanding their place in the world's hierarchy of life. Ginko chases rumors of occurrences that could be tied to Mushi, all for the sake of finding an answer. It could, after all, lead to the meaning of life itself...
